I have reviewed the conversations and circumstances here. It looks like our team did follow our procedure that when a product is disposable, we try to avoid returns so as not to inconvenience customers. As the product is disposable, lifespans can vary hugely from one user to another.
It appears we did offer to get these back for a straight swap for you, we just needed them returned as per our returns policy when an item is defective. We first offer the replacements to avoid the return hassle for you, but we understand completely why this may be frustrating.
Ultimately we recognise that this did not meet your expectations and we do strive for a fair, honest and hassle free all round service which is why we have this policy, mostly to avoid inconvenience to our customers with returns, which often cause hassle in both time to get a resolution and time spent dropping off a parcel etc.
We are genuinely sorry you’ve had this experience and really hope you’ll give us another chance, as we do care deeply about our service to our wonderful customers.

Excellent Service
Excellent Service - placed my order on the Friday night and received it on the Sunday early evening. There was a slight issue with the order so emailed on Monday morning and received a reply from EMMA within 12 minutes who sorted my issue immediately with absolutely no hassle at all, new order confirmation received just a little later. Outstanding delivery service and the best customer service experience I've had in years!! Well done and thanks Emma, you'll be getting my business from now on.
