Ralph and his team made the whole house move process very smooth. They were polite, organised and efficient and Ralph reassured us throughout the process. He was also conscious of making sure we didn’t overpay for what we needed. I would definitely recommend them!

Ralph and his team are second to none
I can't thank Ralph and his team enough, the customer service was second to none. I requested a last minute move from York to Essex for one of my clients and I was nervous to say the least because I had never dealt with this company before but from my first call with Ralph I can honestly say he put my mind at ease and I knew instantly that everything would be ok. On the day itself there was one hold up which had nothing to do with Ralph and his team but they were very understanding and sympathised with my predicament and were very flexible. I highly recommend this company. Thank you so much!

Ralf and the team were fantastic - Highly recommendable!
Ralf and the team were fantastic, Julio's aftershave was a particular highlight. We had quite a large move, multiple vans and the whole thing went smoothly thanks to the fantastic organisation. The van packing was logical, careful, and courteous towards our possessions. The moving team was polite and efficient.
This wasn't the cheapest option but you get what you pay for. I would happily pay that little bit extra to ensure nothing gets broken and arrives as we would expect. Charging by the hour is fair and avoids an ethos of rushing. For smaller moves I imagine this charging structure would probably work out cheaper, we just wanted it done quickly so used multiple vans and a four-man team.
Can highly recommend Van Man York and would definitely use them again.

Van Man York made life easy
I was stressing about moving a wardrobe from York to a village close by and phoned, on a Saturday, for information. Van Man York took it all in their stride, arranged for collection, which was in a tight time scale, and moved the wardrobe effortlessly. I would hire them again and cannot praise their efficiency enough.

Will use again!
We hired a van with 2 men to help us move from our flat in the centre of York to a village nearby. They arrived promptly and handled all of our furniture with care and safely. They did not dwell and charge us more money than was necessary to get the job done. I think the pricing system they use works very well and would happily use them again in future.

Very easy to organise the move and Ralph accommodated my weekend move. The lads turned up bang on time and were efficient and honest. Very reasonable prices. Would definitely recommend van man York Removals.

Move to London
My son and his girlfriend needed to move all their belongings to a new flat in London from our house near York. It was too much for me to do so I needed to find a man with a van. I found Ralph at Van Man York Removals and he and his team were brilliant. The arrangements were organised to fit in with my son’s move and loading from our house. It went brilliantly and Alan who drove down to London was great. Thanks to Ralph and his team, I would thoroughly recommend them.
