They have sold their vehicle finance department to a company we can’t get hold of from the 30may 2026 .. anybody going through any trouble too?

Very good

Had an email from these saying that my car finance application was declined
That's strange because I never applied for car finance with them
So now my credit score will be effected due to some one trying to obtain finance in my name or this company picks random people to 'test" there process on
Can't ring as they only open limited hours through the week

Hello James, we conducted a soft credit check which does not affect your credit score and is not visible to other lenders. However, if you review your own credit file you will be able to see this search. We have tried to contact you but had no luck. If you wish to discuss this further, please call us on 0345 111 7125.

Bought a car through this finance…
Bought a car through this finance company called them with intermittent issues with my car numerous pictures supplied when warning lights come on no brakes a report was done and although no warning lights came on on test drive, and seemed issues with abs sensors but V12 say cars perfectly fine to use and has no issues this has happened twice since report but not interested so they will be getting held responsible if I have a accident please stay clear only interested in taking your money

After reviewing the account, it looks like you will have received a Final Response Letter from us after the completion of our investigation into your complaint. I hope we’ve responded clearly to the concerns you raised and explained in more detail what happened.
The Final Response Letter advises that you also have the right to raise this with the Financial Ombudsman Service (www.financial-ombudsman.org.uk).
I apologise again that our service fell short of the standard we set for ourselves.

I highly recommend these guys, absolutely amazing from start to end. Guided me through the whole process.
Zuhaib was absolutely amazing and found exactly what I asked for. Make it so easy for me.
The aftercare team were also incredibly helpful and explained things that I didn't quite understand.
I would happily use these guys again. I highly recommend to anyone. Everyone I spoke to on the team was friendly and easy to talk with.
