Don't use, avoid!!!

Don't use!

Bought a car in March. Its had 4 faults since. 3 times in for repair and the 4th I said I didn't want the car anymore (3 faults were the same symptoms, smoke billowing from the vehicle).
Contacted finance about it in September, before my 6 months right to reject for faults was up. Its now January and I'm still waiting. Had an email way over a month ago to say they were just working out the deductions. I've emailed at least 3 times since, phoned but complaints weren't in that day, and I'm currently on hold to have my call answered and have been for over 35 minutes!!! Useless company. I'm still paying for the car finance, insurance and tax and yet have not even sat in the car since mid September! Disgraceful service. I will be going to the financial ombudsman!

They never listen my wish

I am deaf and keep told them i want car return to shop and cancel on finance under my name which is my husband so they still ignore my wish and my parents who live in spain and she write a letter to them and they refused to take a phone outside of uk….. annoy me alots and guy on the phone force to my name (i dont drive under my medicine reason) include I pay warranty which my husband cant afford to keep payment on near £300 a monthly so I still fight to send a car back ((( you ignore my wish)))) i suspect your company is sly and fake

Disgraceful

Disgraceful, open case, no calls back, I’m constantly chasing. One breath I’m told I am now in my rights to reject the vehicle as the repairs have been completed and failed, then I’m told by the broker that it will go to the third party garage to be looked at. My car has been on the road for just 13 weeks since buying it in May. The Scotia report has come back end of November. It’s still on my driveway with no plan. Emails are unanswered, “case manager” never gets in contact, absolutely shoddy. If I knew where they were based I would drive the vehicle there and leave it outside for them to deal with as they would soon shift the car. Offered a hire vehicle to be paid for by them for two weeks since the issue started. Had to rely on family members cars or paying for my own hire vehicles for the rest of the time. New DPF fitted and the issue is still ongoing. No where near to a resolution yet. I was initially told the rejection of the vehicle process should not go beyond Christmas. But no one has started this process or sorted this out for me. I’ve now contacted the financial ombudsman as they advised that I get back in contact from the summer when I had issues with v12. So I’ve now done this as this is unacceptable.

Please avoid this company!

Please avoid this company!
I started my finance agreement in July 2023, this is my first car and first finance agreement and all I can say is it has been absolute hell. On the day of delivery of the car the parking sensors were not functioning properly which I overlooked as I was so happy that after 3 years of learning I could finally drive and had my own car, 1 week later my TPMS light came on, all 4 tires had punctures which again I overlooked as this is a minor issue. Then 4 months later the wet belt had failed , as the car was still in the 6 month warranty period I reported this to then be sent an email saying I was outside of the 6 month cut off for warranty, this was however rectified. I was left without a vehicle whilst still being made to make the car payments for a whole 4 months before the broker (Carfinance24/7) took responsibility for 2/3s of the repair cost (£1000+) and the Dealer (JapCarFinder) covered 1/3 of this even though they supplied me with a faulty vehicle and were legally liable to cover 100% of the repair cost. During this process 1 of the 3 companies that were involved, the broker (CarFinance24/7 /Moneyway) and the lender (v12 vehicle finance) hired another company to transport the vehicle from my property to my garage of choosing for repair, who in turn damaged the vehicle further by ripping off the exhaust. After numerous phone calls and emails to all companies involved i was told that one company had hired the transport company however, when i called to question this, said company passed the blame on to the other company claiming they had no part in hiring the company that damaged the vehicle I’m paying for, which to me is absolutely bizarre. I had been left to pay for the repairs to the exhaust costing me over £1000 as nobody was willing to take responsibility for hiring the transport company, still no one has taken responsibility for this. All the way through this ordeal I have had pretty much no help whatsoever from the broker or the lender even as far as them not replying to emails and putting me on hold to then end the call.
I am absolutely disgusted, I’m out of pocket over £1000 from paying for repairs that were of no fault of mine, I wasn’t going to leave this review but I do not want anyone else to have to go through the stress and mental strain that I have had to. Please, please avoid any of the businesses/companies that I have mentioned in this review, or you could also end up in my situation, left with debt and an unusable vehicle which I am still to this day paying for.
