Excellent customer service from start to finish. Super professional job carried out resulting in a quality product being competently installed. Great value for money. I highly recommend this company.

Chris and his team have done a loft conversion using the Ecotrus system. We are very pleased with their hard work and efficiency. They are not only very good at their work but seem to enjoy it too. Once the works were finished the team had left the place in an immaculate condition. We thank them for their work and would highly recommend them.

Value for money improved storage option for the house turned unused space into useful space for first time ever. Utiloft showed up when they said they would show up and the work turned out even better than we had hoped. Positive the money spent was surpassed by the actual usefulness of the improvement to the house.

The Team recently floored our Old Manse Loft on a raised platform over the joists. Finishing was excellent with edging around loft access. House was kept spotless throughout. From initial survey to end result, a first class experience. And contact and communications was speedy throughout. Well done to the Team.

The loft fitters arrived on time, ran plastic protection from the front door, up the stairs to the loft hatch. Did a great job in extending the loft hatch door, fitted the raised flooring and tidied up after themselves. Would definitely recommend.

From the initial enquiry email,quotation to installation this has been an extremely professional service. I cannot emphasise enough how delighted I am with the service I have received. When the team came to install my loft flooring hatch and ladder, they were extremely respectful of me and my property. They had blue over shoes on until they covered up floor and stairs, explained exactly what they will be doing. No evidence they had been in the house, Guys used Henry hoover used to clean up any sawdust etc. I was shown the proper way to open loft, take down ladder and put back again. Highly recommend.

Complete waste of time. I re arranged appointments so Chris could come and do loft survey. I wanted the loft floored and a bigger hatch opening. Told the quote would be 36 hours. Heard nothing. Emailed the company for quote a week later. Not even the courtesy of a reply. Don't bother with them.

Great service, job done well, quick and tidy. Good communication with the Company. Recommend them 100%.

Chris made this a very straightforward process. He came to house initially to do quote and then came back with a colleague to get the job done. It was very efficient and guys were professional. We are very happy with the standard of work and value for money provided.

Having recently moved into a new-build house, was looking to partially floor the loft, without affecting the insulation. Had seen some companies offering this elevated flooring service, but most were based towards central belt. Thankfully, one of the removals team mentioned UTILoft as an option, especially useful as they were much more local. Survey was promptly completed, along with a quote. We were able to get the work scheduled quite quickly after that, which was very helpful. The installation itself was straightforward, the guys tidied everything on completion. Impressed with service and quality, and would certainly recommend to others without hesitation.
