Rude with massive price hikes
staff are very rude at times
Sudden Price increase of 30%
Was charged late payment fees even though there was no issue with my account .. they rebooked the fee with charges and it went through I don’t trust them

Thousands Paid, Mice Included
We paid thousands for a year of storage and were devastated when we returned to clear out our unit. Mice had apparently made themselves at home, destroying thousands of pounds’ worth of books and soiling other boxes.
Despite paying for insurance, the claims process was a nightmare. We spent months providing lists, photos and replacement costs, while management repeatedly stalled, changed and made promises of compensation that went nowhere.
We were treated appallingly throughout. Paying thousands for supposedly secure storage only to find our belongings badly damaged was incredibly upsetting. We would never use this company again.

Brilliant experience today from all of the staff on Duty, notably Luke, Garry and Will.
Extremely helpful when it came to picking out which size boxes I needed for the unit and were more than happy to help me bring them to my storage unit.
