Shane has been absolutely fantastic. We've had business storage requirements across Ireland and he has sorted all bookings faultlessly and extremely quickly across a number of sites.

I was on a tight schedule to find storage space. U store it at M50 North was able to help me right away. Your employee Jennifer Emanuel was excellent both first helping me get figure out how much space I needed and explaining costs etc for the various sizes when I phoned to enquire and then helped me get set up when I then arrived to store my stuff. All in all, a great service will very professional staff.

Rang in, spoke to Leon, he was very helpful and quick to assist throughout the full process, dropped in to chat to him, showed me the unit, grabbed a few boxes, quick set up process and all happy days. Good facility with all needed there ready.

Everything runs so smoothly and we shown through everything so we should have no problems with our use of UStore. The staff that greeted us were very friendly and provided a great service. The units location is great as it is close to the M4.

The only issue I have, is that there are very few parking spaces outside reception. Unless, we just didn't see a bigger car park somewhere.

Staff are very helpful and polite, easy to book a storage unit ,very clean and easy to access your your storage units.

Had a great experience booking a storage area in U store it Charlestown on the 17 September.Shane Fitzgerald assisted us in choosing which would suit us best. From the phone conversation we had the day before until the day that we went to check the unit personally, he was very helpful and explained everything to us. I could not recommend him enough.

Got quote and information over the phone with Will. He was so helpful and went through everything, took payment, and sent instructions through. So nice to get good , clear customer service.
We went down to see our storage unit, and Luke was so pleasant and helpful. Went through everything with us, showed us how to access everything, and even the next day answered my questions by phone. Highly recommend this service, unit is great idea and was made a great experience with fantastic customer service from two very nice guys

Both of the workers I met were nice and more than helpful when I had questions would definitely use this Storage Unit again.

This will have to be the 3rd time I use there services and as always I had the best customer service possible. Was over there today and Shane dealt with everything very efficiently, he was very kind and showed me how everything worked also showed me exactly were my unit was, and answered all my questions very patently and without any rush. Can’t recommend enough, and in fact I always tell my friends about you guys. Thank you so much for having my back in so many moments, that’s exactly what someone needs while living in unpredictable Dublin!!

All good, happy staff, no problems

I used Ustore it for just over a year, I had no issues at all, the units are clean and dry and have great security, I had access whenever I needed it and the staff have been so incredibly helpful and supportive the entire time I had a unit. I can’t recommend Ustore it enough, it was also the most affordable choice compared to many self storage businesses.
