A great experience using UStoreIt. Management is friendly and responds immediately. The units are clean and dry. Will always use them for ant storage needs. The location just off Exit 18 is perfect.

I would highly recommend using U Store It services for any storing needs. It was excellent from start to finish. They could not make the process any easier. Easy set up to, free collection service, it was amazing. Access in and out of the storage unit is very easy. There is always someone avaliable if you have any questions. The staff were fantastic and super friendly.

I will definitely use the service again.

Both Niamh and Siobhan in the Waterford Unit were so helpful! They went through the options for storage and what I needed. From initial conversation to closing my account they couldn’t have been more helpful and made the whole process so much easier. Would definitely recommend!

Our experience with Little Island Storage was a total disaster.

The access code we were given didn't work. During office hours, the staff could let us in doing sonething on PV, but outside office hours we had no access at all.

Despite advertising 24/7 access, the reality is that access is effectively limited to office hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.). Outside those hours, your only option is an automated AI answering service, which is no help when you're locked out of your storage unit.

I would not recommend this facility if you need reliable access to your belongings.

The system was very straightforward and easy to operate. All staff members were very friendly and helpful.

I needed a Storage unit when between properties and UStore It was my choice. I inquired online and after a short phone call it was arranged. The facility was always extremely clean, the staff were always friendly and the security of the facility was reassuring.
If ever I'm in need of a storage unit again, I'll certainly be going back to UStore It.

Rachel was so helpful with regards to the different size units for my storage needs and also the pricing.I had a same size unit with a different company who told me that they would price match any quote I got and when I sent on the quote that I got from Rachel they could not compete….look no further then U STORE IT a quality, professional and friendly outfit

I booked a unit in U Store It Waterford for a month to facilitate a house move. From start to finish my experience with the company was flawless. The units are well priced, clean and easily accessible. The service I received from Siobhan the manager was second to none. She couldn’t have been more helpful as I had never used a storage unit before, and was quite nervous about it. Moving house is stressful and she certainly made this part much easier. I would definitely use U Store It Waterford again and highly recommended them to anyone.

Great service, very communicative and helpful friendly staff

Rachel and the team at U Store It Cork have been fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble and each time I have been to the storage locker, everything is super neat and tidy. Would recommend this to anyone needing a storage solution.

U Store It, North Road, Finglas provided a great service to us. We were in the middle of a stressful house renovation and UStoreit made it as easy as possible to store our household items. The agents were always helpful and responded promptly to any questions. The room itself was perfect and easy to access and use, using the trolleys provided. It was great to be able to get boxes and all the equipment needed to pack our things away. All of this was at a reasonable price in our opinion
