My things were well maintained throughout this entire moving experience! I am very likely to use a moving company like this again in the future because I already know what I’m getting myself into. The element of surprise and chances of risk are eliminated. Thanks for such a phenomenal moving experience. They are truly a dime a dozen in this day and age.

Our stuff is delivered last week and we just went through everything not one damaged item which is very good. I've heard horror stories of stuff being damaged and not arriving on time, but that was not our experience. They were very courteous and true professionals throughout the whole move. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them for anyone to use as an Interstate Moving Company.

Peach movers know what they are doing, unlike some other people that we've worked in the past. In our last move, a lot of our stuff was damaged, but with US household moving everything was on point. Best of all, they offer a reasonable price for the services rendered. I saved a lot of money by going with these guys over the competition.

I'm always worried and hesitant about trying new companies I have not worked with in the past. I gave you as household a try because my friend recommended them. I'm very happy we used these movers because they delivered are things on the due date that was promised. This was very important to me, because we did not want to be in our new home with no things of our own.

Terrible company and terrible customer service. Apart from our quote being off and the "expedited shipping" being nothing close to expedited, our $3,700 sectional and our $1,199 cal king mattress were both damaged beyond repair in the move. After a month trying to figure out coverage and get resolution, I was told that the total amount of coverage for my nearly $5000 damaged items would be a grand total of $250. Because their insurance covers $0.60/lb... Did they weigh any of my stuff? Nope. The total is based on an estimated weight and it's probably about as accurate as the quote they originally told us! They have better insurance coverage, but apparently you have to take that up with the company they hired to move your stuff. Should that have been mentioned while we were drawing up the contract? Probably. They should get someone to train their employees better because that kind of miss is now costing us thousands of dollars. Unless they just "forget" to mention it, which I wouldn't be surprised about since there is no honor or honesty in this company.
Since it also took about a month to get any answers at all, I got to know the customer service people really well. They didn't even need to ask me my name or my job number because they recognized my phone number. Probably why they didn't answer half the time too. Or bother to call me back after I left messages when they didn't answer. They gave me the best kind of run around and treated me like I was an annoying ex-girlfriend. Wish I could treat people that poorly and still get paid thousands of dollars...

Movers come and go, but to me it looks like US Household Moving is here to stay :-) They just finished moving our belongings and i'm very impressed with their serviced. From the moment they contracted with us, i've seen nothing but professionalism and attention to every detail of the relocation process. All in all, these guys are amazing and i highly recommend them if you need moving services done. There aren't many better that will give a lower price or quicker turnaround time in my opinion, and we've shopped in a couple places already.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...
This company is a broker and will double your initial estimate. They will also not charge based on weight, but rather cubic feet (waaayy overestimating size) and will not allow you to remove items once you estimate. Below is a complaint I sent to the company a month ago and they have since ghosted my emails and ensured they don't pick up my phone number. Please utilize a better company that owns and operates its vehicles.
There were some issues with our move from Rochester to Orlando.
I spoke to Michael Ross at the end of April about how the moving process would work. He told me that US Households was reliable because they only used weight as a factor and not cubic feet. He said that companies that used cubic feet were trying to rip you off. He then said that US Households only uses trucks that do not switch, meaning that everything stays on the same truck. He estimated me around $2,000 with what she gave him and what he estimated as the box amount. Then, I called to confirm everything, and he brought the price up to about $2,800, because of the weekend we picked. He assured us that this price is the very high end as they estimate very high per weight and that this would go down. When we called to confirm the final box numbers, he increased this to $4,000, saying that the box number and buffet table was added to this.
The movers arrived after 9pm on 6/1. Then, when they got there, I asked for the weight ticket. James, the main mover, said that they do not do weight only cubic feet unless it was a military move. I tried to tell him what Michael said, but he said that was not true and to call US Households. I called the service desk multiple times and Michael, and no one picked up. The service desk had a hold message that made it seem as though they were just busy, but no one called us back, even though we left multiple voicemails that this was urgent. Still, no one has called us back to this time. We had no choice but to let them take it.
Then, they said that the price would be over $4,700 because of the amount of stuff. He said this before even trying to get it into the truck. Which means he did not know how much cubic feet we would be using. He then charged us for 2 mirrored objects, $95 each. This dollar amount was NOT mentioned in our contract. He also told us he would probably have to switch trucks. When I told him Michael said they can't, he said this was a lie.
This $4700 amount is drastically higher than what we believe it should have been, as this number was given before the space in the truck was measured (per James' way) and the fact that this was supposed to be weight and was not. The items Michael calculated was highly overestimated, which makes us believe that this should have been in the $3,000 area. I also paid $1,318 to the moving company via check, which was based off 50% of the remaining $2,636 that is due to the company prior to/at pickup.
The moving company came to deliver the items and there are additional problems we ran into. When we spoke with Michael, he stated that our belongings would stay in the same truck it was picked up in. This was incorrect, as the truck that came today was not the same. In addition, the company that picked up our belongings was moving express and storage Inc. When the truck arrived today, the company was Ada moving and storage. Ada, the owner, showed us a video of the warehouse the items came from and stated how disappointed and shocked he was at the disorganization.
Ada also was not able to put together any furniture due to that not being in their job and without the tools to do so. Michael stated the moving company would disassemble and reassemble the furniture at pickup and delivery. Moving express disassembled our furniture at pick up, including removing screws and stands. The couch was missing the legs that they removed, the dresser was missing the special screws they moved to take the mirror off, the table was taken apart, and the bed frame was taken apart and we are missing the screws and stands that go with it. I have emailed pictures of all documents and two videos as evidence of the damages and pricing discrepancies listed above. I have also not heard back from Michael or Kyle since 06/06/2019 regarding any of this, even though several voicemails and emails have been sent.

AGAIN, I HAVE HEARD NOTHING BACK AND AM OUT SEVERAL THOUSAND OF DOLLARS.

My moving manager gave me accurate deadlines that clearly depicted the pick up and drop off dates I could realistically expect. I am extremely grateful in my decision to pick this company for the job. All of my things arrived intact. I was never distracted from the truth or misled in any way. Contacted US Household moves about 6 weeks back for a move, dealt with John and got an estimate for the move. I was notified I would be able to amend the final list however fast forward a week before my move and US Household only allowed me to add to the list but not subtract. They also required an additional deposit for their drivers to come out. Completely useless and unethical company and I should have done my homework before hiring them. I won't make this mistake again and will never be using their services ever. Hopefully you guys learn from my mistake. Zero stars does not exist, but that is what they really deserve

They were well versed in each area of the move, which made it a hands off process for me, which is what I prefer. They took control of the move by guaranteeing the safe transport of my belongings and taking accountability. Great work! Quick and professional moving company that maintained our expectations during the entirety of this move. Everything we owned was successfully transported to us without damaging or losing anything. They did an excellent job of coordinating with us communication and execution wise.

I would give zeros stars if I could. I have never had a company show such flagrant disregard for common courtesy. Their estimate was not competitive with others I received, so I declined it. They have continued to call me multiple times a day from multiple numbers ever since, refuse to take me off their call lists, argue with me when I ask, and then HANG UP ON ME. Strongly advise avoiding any contact with this company.

Fast and experienced moving company. They gave me an accurate deadline for pick up and drop off. Consistent communication and very friendly customer service. When a service is being provided, I’m not a picky person. I just ask for a few basic signs of respect and professionalism, which this company exhibited throughout every stage of this move!

Pleasant stateside moving experience with this company. They accounted for all of my belongings and never mishandled anything. By the time my things were dropped off, nothing was out of place. Everything was handled professionally from the beginning of the move until the final phases.

We used these movers recently and they did an awesome job. Reliable and arrived on time, without any hassle. The estimate was not too much off from the final price, which i'm very glad about. Overall, we would use them again without hesitation, because they stuck to their word and delivered on a quick move. There were other options, but we went with our gut instinct and it turned out great. Our things were delivered yesterday and everything is here and safe without any damages.
