Great Company!
I've used LNL three times in the past 2 years. The first time, the packers did such an AMAZING job not one thing was damaged. I have a lot of crystal and glassware and mirrored furniture and artwork and I was sure moving from California to New York something would be damaged. And to my surprised, nothing! Not even one champagne flute.
This urged me to immediately hire them again when it was time to move back to California. I think the East Coast team they hire is different, because the care for my things was not the same. Unfortunately some items were damaged. I let the company know and they went above and beyond to ensure things were remedied. I was not expecting them to be so accommodating. I eventually moved again, for the third time to my house in California and used them again and sure enough, packaged perfectly and not one thing was broke or chipped and everything arrived in flawless condition. It was also a joy to see a familiar face from one of the people who helped me two years ago.
What I love about this company is they do a fantastic job. And if there is a slight mishap, they own up to it and fix the problem. And THAT is good business. I run four e-commerce businesses myself and I always tell my employees to put the customer first and remedy any bad situation. It ensures trust. It makes the customer feel seen and valued and overall, it's just good business. This is a fantastic company and of course, would be hiring them again on my next move. :-)
