Lost packages never recovered
Lost packages never recovered. Double charged customs fees. Not impressed at all!
UPDATE: I wish I could go 0. After complaining in Feb/March allowing for Canada Post to recover from their strike action delays and outsourcing to 3rd parties. Zavvi finally responded in April to say we’ll look into it. Didn’t hear a thing until some time later I’m in my account saw a response I’d not received a notification about asking for information I’d already given them. However the messafe was old and the case was closed. Some time later I’m asked to give this review to which I get a response saying Hey let’s work this out. Which boiled down to me providing information they send me to Royal Mail who ask for information they originally gave Zavvi who had given it to me and I had in turn given it back to them earlier in the year (before they asked for it again). The Royal Mail referred me back to Zavvi who just said to me ‘oh dear, what a pity. It was longer than 30 days ago. Tough titty and thanks for your money you sucker.’ What a cunch of bunts!!!
