I was searching for a Blu-ray…
I was searching for a Blu-ray collection not readily available in the U.S. This item did appear on Zavvi. I was not familiar with them but decided to place an order. Didn't honor my first order with them…
Didn't honor my first order with them and cancelled it so they could flip it to someone else and make more money.
Will never order from them ever for the rest of my life and will recommend all others to similarly do the same and avoid them.
This is not being melodramatic, this is simply the cost of doing bad business.

I am giving this response because instead of replacing my item (which is irreplaceable) I was given a refund. I appreciate the refund; however, you should have stock for failures in shipping otherwise someone who might have been waiting and waiting for an item will now no longer be able to get it.
