Got sent a canceled order
My package was delayed for a month. I canceled my order. Now I've received a shipping notification for that order anyways. I better not get charged for this canceled order or its shipping.

They are dynamically changing the price…
They are dynamically changing the price after purchase. Of course the price change is an increase, not a decrease. I was a bit harsh with an initial one star...so let's say 3.
I also do wish they were a bit more forthcoming with if things are import to the US or not, especially with today's new world of on/off import tariffs. I initially ordered and realized later after doing some research that it was going to ship from overseas, but nowhere does it give any indication of that. It was my first time ordering from Zavvi and I think they should be a bit more clear on how the process works as it's not really mentioned at all at both a general nor item specific level.

Very untimely
Order delayed, they stated error on shipping and it was return. They stated it would be shipped BACK out ASAP.it is now 9/14/25. I received a email stating sorry it's still delayed. Very poor
