You guys lost my first package then…
You guys lost my first package then gave me the runaround when I asked for a refund.
You then promised a refund which I still haven’t received.
Like an idiot, I trusted you and bought the same package again (for $10 more) and now that is in limbo - it hasn’t been shipped for a week but I’ve been charged for it. And now I can’t get a straight answer from anyone there.
Long time customer here and I’m absolutely finished with Zaavi after this.
And I will go on all social media to warn other collectors not to buy from you.

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly 4K Arrow disc
The description of the item I purchased was not thorough enough. I had to use other websites to determine if the disc had Dolby Vision or not. Also, the fields for entering my mailing address in my profile are confusing, specifically having the “Home Name/Number” field AND and “Address” field doesn’t make much sense.

More like nightmare for customer service
Ordered the nightmare on elm street box set the second they went up for preorder but because some incompetent idiot don’t know where Canada is they shipped my package to Hamilton USA instead of hamilton ontario. Do you wanna know what their option was to fix the issue? Refund me with no chance at actually getting my product. After reading more people’s reviews online I see I’m not the only one they have screwed over. Stay clear of this trash company. Plenty of other people selling the same thing with no issues.

I reached out to Stephen and still have yet to hear back about a solution
