One of the best customer service ever. My air fryer started to show an issue after 1 month using. Buydeem customer service, Rika, solved my problem quickly and efficiently. She was friendly and always responded right away.

I love Buydeem products. My family have bought a number of Buydeem products like toasters, instant hot water dispensers, kettles, and electric tea makers. All are very attractive and well made. We recently had a concern with our tea maker button control area developing numerous cracks.

I reached out to Buydeem and was contacted quickly by April. We emailed back and forth a few times to clarify the issue. April was always quick to reply and very clear and concise in her request to gather information regarding the issue. Within a week of our correspondence, she wrote that they would be sending us a replacement. Within 2 days from that email, a new tea maker arrived at our door. I couldn't be happier with April's above and beyond customer service.

I am writing this review to commend the Buydeem to on their excellent support with the Kettle issues I was experiencing. The Support Team provided excellent guide line and procedures to follow “step by step”. Including providing a video of the issues to buydeem. Once all this was followed and the issue remained. The Buydeem Team was prompt in replacing the kettle. It was shipped and received with 2 days. Excellent support and understanding by the whole Customer Support Team. The negative experience of a Kettle that was only 8 months old no longer working as expected was made positive by the Buydeem Team. If anyone was unsure about purchasing a Buydeem product, sincerely hope my positive experience will give you the confidence to purchase an item. Thank You Buydeem!

First things first, April’s a big help. She had answered my questions and dealt with my concern. She replied to my emails and explained the issue clearly. I didn’t know if it’s to your end or FedEx why my package was delivered to a wrong address but it must be fedex’s. Anyway, after a stressful experience with the shipment, I got my air fryer, thank God🙏🏻. But as I’d mentioned about April she deserves a five star rating. I thank you personally Ms April, great customer service 🙏🏻

So i purchased a toaster with Buydeem and when it arrived it was defective. I contacted the company and followed their simple instructions. A new toaster was on its way within 24 hours.New toaster is perfect!

I bought the steamer, I feel he is very convenient and good, it is also highly used.Can solve to our family every day breakfast or dinner problem, at least can let us free hands, do not have to worry about timeout all the time!
