Works better then expected

First off the toaster is the cutest thing I've ever seen! It works amazing and is a stunning addition to my counterpart. One day it stopped working so I contacted customer service. It was by far the best experience I have ever had with any company! April went over and beyond for me! I will highly recommend this company and especially their customer service! Thank you for caring ❤️

Customer Service April was with me all the way on the purchase - it was originally G563, found that was too small, and April helped to return, and place order on the G67 which was big enough to hold a fish for steaming, no need to cut up the fish. The G67 was easy to use, thank you.

I wanted to write about a great customer service experience I just had with April at Buydeem. She was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. After supplying some additional information she was quickly able to resolve my issue. Even after the issue was resolved she followed back up with me to let me know that I could reach back out to customer service if I had any other issues. She really was great to work with. Excellent customer service. I bought a kettle, which works wonderfully, but after a few months the start button light stopped working. I contacted customer service, and not only did they replace it for free, they had a new one on my doorstep within a week!

I ordered a tea kettle and toaster but when they arrived, the side of the toaster was smashed in.
