I had a RMA issue with a steamer. The customer service rep gave directions for diagnosis, and quickly sent out a replacement unit.

I ordered a Brew Basket for my K32 Beverage Maker. When the company learned the original delivery was delayed, they immediately sent me a new one for free. The product works exactly as expected. To my surprise, when the original order finally arrived three weeks late, customer service told me to just keep it. Overall, a very positive experience with excellent customer service!

Great products, but a lot of the newest popular products sold in China are not available in the U.S. Please bring more products to the U.S.

Got an amazing customer service with April. Probably it’s the most satisfied experience I’ve ever had. She send me a brand new airfryer directly to fix my small problem.

When I originally ordered my toaster I accidentally ordered the incorrect color. I ended up emailing them to let them know and asked if it’s too late to change the color before it ships out. They immediately emailed me back asking what color I wanted and they got right on it and fixed my mistake! It also didn’t take a long time to ship after all of that. As for the toaster, it also works great! I got the correct color and I didn’t realize all of the features on it when I originally ordered it. Super impressed with their customer service and amazing product!!

My toaster was not toasting correctly only after a few months. I contacted customer, they asked me a few questions and for a picture. I sent the email back and within a day or so they were replacing my toaster.
The customer service was outstanding and the company stand behind there products.

The slow cooking is really good, and I love it. Very good beverage maker for all different kinds of Chinese herbs!! The stew spot is also good for cooking! The service and support after buying is also really good!

We got the larger double level steamer, and could not be happier with it. It takes up much less space than our previous Cuisinart steamer but holds more food, and seems to give better steaming results. It's also easier to use with a nice digital display. We have cooked seafood, vegetables, dumplings and bread, and they have all turned out wonderfully. This comes from our experience of using the Cuisinart almost daly for 3 years. Everything seems to cook faster and taste better.

I also want to give the highest praise to Rika and the Buydeem customer service. I bought the smaller version of this steamer originally, and decided to change to the larger one. This was entirely my own mistake. But they handled the matter very gracefully. I was able to buy the larger steamer, and pay a very reasonable fee to return the original one. It all went very smoothly, thanks to Rika and her excellent communication.

Overall we are very happy with this purchase in all ways. Better food results, less counter space wasted, and dealing with a first class company.
