Very quick and efficient. Made the booking and 3 hours later the bed was collected. Good customer service. Would highly recommend!

Amazing and extremely competitive. Quotation was given in 10mins through WhatsApp. Booking was so simple and took a minute or two to complete.

These guys are just spectacular - different operatives each of three times now, but all on time, you see them arrive on the approach to arriving, get messaged. Best of attitudes - always 'can do' and the price more affordble than other many options I've used to shift stuff from one place to another, or get rid of big stuff. Cannot recommend Urbin more highly - a great find.

Requested a quote on a Sunday morning but wasn’t even expecting a reply on the weekend, but Charlotte replied on the same day and was apologetic for the delay (which there was none). Service was very prompt and the collection was made within 30 mins. I will definitely be using their services in the future. Very pleased

Absolutely brilliant service. I was concerned that only one person attended site to remove a large fridge from that third floor of a building with no lifts but it was done with great professionalism and a smile. We will certainly use Urbin again.

Had a three-seater sofa removed. This was clearly a two-person job but only one person arrived. Fortunately, it wasn't a problem for me to help out, but they should not have assumed that. No-one checked. The one guy that did arrive was quite rude. Okay, there were no pleasantries - I don't mind that - but he evidently hates his job and doesn't attempt to hide it. He even received a phone call during the job and hurled a load of abuse down the phone in front of me. Not only did he have an aggressive manner, but he was in such a rush that he was not careful when maneuvering the sofa around corners and doorways. There is now a nasty deep scratch in my front door. I gave two stars because the job was completed at a competitive price of £65. But I would advise people to find another company at a similar price point.
