They are an awful bunch to work for as a driver they got the drivers breaking their back day in and day out working them like donkeys on their own by breaking the low as the health and safety unfortunately it doesn't exist for the poor drivers, and they mess up with your hard earning money...as i'm one of their victims myself!!
They just think they untouchable by low, and until the government dose something about the situation there it might just be to late before one of the drivers get in serios accident as they drive for long hours everyday and on top of that they have to do a very heavy lifting on their own as i stated above, because they don't want to pay for the drivers mate which in this case is a mandatory!!!

Wish the other drivers the best of luck as they really need it!👎

This is a fraud company/ they asked for payment before booking appointment and then they don’t respond at all.no one is showing for collection! They blocked you on WhatsApp and blocked your number when you call.I will report them to the authority . Please don’t use them!!!!!

Tommy was very efficient and very strong, he was able to move the cross trainer from living room , down to one flight of stairs with my assistance. This thing is a chunky heavy duty cross trainer, but he figured it out and did not scratch the floorboards. Cleared the rubbish outside too. Have used Urbin London limited before and will re-use them again. Highly recommend there services. These guys know what they are doing.

Brilliant experience, notification of timings and route taken by driver. Kept informed all the way. Very polite, in and out, highly recommended for those bulky jobs, mattress and base in my case.

Booked last minute yesterday to collect bedroom furniture- gave a booking time of 12pm - 6pm for following day. Received a text around 2pm to say driver is on their way along with a tracking so you can see how far they are.
Gentleman was very friendly and helpful, going extra mile to make sure big item can be taken out.
