Very straightforward process from enquiring through to collection.

Absolutely fantastic service,i can't thank them enough. I was very stressed prior to calling Urbin. The lady in the phone was lovely & my driver Daniel was so kind. I got a same day delivery & they were at my house within 15 minutes. 5 star customer service.

I was very impressed by the professionalism of this company. They were available immediately, were flexible, communicated well. Nic was punctual and worked really hard; he even helped me open a rusted suitcase. The job was really quite a challenge as it included garden trimmings with 2" thorns that pierced the thickest gloves. Nic, undaunted, worked carefully and with good humour. I will definitely hire them again - they are first class.

Driver had a long journey here, but was still smiling on arrival. On his own, he put the heavy sofa into the van without fuss. Strong guy!

The driver showed up at 7 AM or 5 minutes before- which was excellent- as I thought it would be more of a wait. He rang me twice- I woke up and rang back 10 minutes later and he was fantastic. He turned about his truck, came back, took out my rubbish without any problems, and was extremely quick, cheerful, competent, and experienced.
Couldn't be happier!

Easy to book, friendly, inexpensive compared to other services (which quoted me double or triple the price for the same thing) and extremely convenient. We just loved the experience and it made things to so easy for us when we quickly wanted to dispose of 20 bags of garden waste, following a big clear out. Deffo recommended!
