However, formal completion certificates are optional extras and are chargeable, which is why the portal prompts for payment to download them.

Do not pay for years subscription try a month or free trail first
Things are broken down nicely but definitely not upto par.
I had started with mid journey and nowhere was it mentioned that we will eventually have to pay for mid journey subscription to continue understanding and learning until the lesson where the set up is talked about.
Although the platform advertises that they offer certification for completing short courses, looks like they charge separately for the certificates on top of charging for the subscription.
The course on midjourney seemed like it was made with ai and the intro audio was extremely loud whereas the content audio was super low.
Beware lack of quality and lack of transparency seems to come off as shady marketing tactics. Buyer beware.
They couldn’t even sort their trust pilot connect - sent an email asking for review but the email wouldn’t even redirect to actual company page. Had to manually look up the company to review.

To clarify a few points you raised, while our promotional memberships grant full access to attend and learn from the video lessons, our downloadable course toolkits and formal certificates are optional add-ons that are chargeable separately. Additionally, for specialized software courses like Midjourney, third-party platform subscriptions are handled directly through those respective companies and are not bundled with our tuition access.
That being said, we never want our students to feel misled or frustrated by inconsistent audio quality or broken external links. We want to investigate the loud intro audio in the Midjourney lessons and look into why your review invitation email did not redirect correctly.
