I am disappointed with my experience so far.

I have been following up regarding my affiliate payouts for over a month. The dashboard shows that the commissions are ready for payment, but despite multiple emails and follow-ups, I have not received a clear timeline or resolution.

Most responses have simply stated that the matter has been forwarded to another team, without any meaningful update on when the payment will actually be processed. As an affiliate partner, this lack of communication and transparency has been very frustrating.

I understand that delays can happen, but after more than a month of waiting, I would expect either a payment date or a clear explanation of the issue. I hope the company improves its affiliate support and payout process for its partners.

Subscription Scam

I am unable to give this negative stars as a review. Do not believe the 4 and 5 star bot reviews. I ordere4d the Pulling oil and 2 packs of gum. 2 weeks later I was charged for 8 more packs of gum. Horrible subscription scam program based in China, not Vermont.

Sensitivity, gum line and cavities

I was struggling with sensitivity, receeding gum line and the odd cavity. All headed in the wrong direction. I managed to help the sensitivity with a 'natural toothpaste' then saw a Laurine gum ad and gave it a try. I chew 1-3 pieces a day, the variety of flavors is excellent. In 8 months a cavity I was watching is almost gone, within 2 months the sensitivity was gone and my gum line is moving in the right direction... my breath is also fresher! I'd recommend it to anyone and I am just trying the toothpaste for the first time too!

Beware, these guys are scammers

They sell highly overpriced gum that contains none of the listed ingredients, according to the lab results from the people they are trying to rip off—Underbrush Gum. I’ve chewed enough gum to know that they use a cheap plasticized base, add flavor to it, coat it with sugar powder, and sell it at exorbitant prices. It doesn’t whiten your teeth, it doesn’t mineralize your teeth, and the peppermint is not peppermint, it’s spearmint. It’s all BS. They claim to have a 30-day refund policy (and if you scroll to the bottom of their home page, it says 60 days!), and they offer you a “deal” on your introductory package if you sign up for a subscription, which you supposedly can cancel anytime. So I signed up to get it every two months. It took forever to get the introductory package and a couple of days later I got an email that they already mailed me my first subscription package, which I wasn’t expecting for a couple of months, and changed my card around $125! I called to cancel the subscription but was told it was already mailed, but to call back when the package arrived, which I did. Here’s what I was told in classic runaround fashion:
1. They couldn’t refund my money because only my initial order can be refunded and I had to do it before the subscription package was sent.
2. No subscription package can be returned and will not be refunded. They emailed me a link to their return policy, which they conveniently bury deep in their website and do not highlight any details in their marketing pitch, which is essentially a lie.
3. When you ask to cancel your subscription, they try everything to get you to not do it. First, they offer you discounts on future orders, then guilt trip you by saying you got “significant” discounts on your initial order because you subscribed. So basically, you can’t get your money back on the subscription or your initial order because you got a discounted price on the initial order because of the subscription. It’s a trap.
4. Once they have your money, you’re not getting it back and they won’t cancel your subscription over the phone. It sounds like a typical sweatshop call center where they’ll probably lose their job if they issue any kind of refund.
5. You can’t even get access to your account on their website without first calling them and asking for access. They send you a code to create and access your account. Then you can go to the subscription section and cancel (again, they offer you “deals” not to quit). However, do this as a separate call and merely ask, politely, how you can get to your account. I wouldn’t ask the same customer service rep you just argued with about a refund, though.
6. Be prepared to swallow the $125 subscription fee as a loss, because you’re not getting that money back under any circumstances. You can try to challenge the charge on your credit card but you’ll probably lose. They will say you willingly subscribed and the bank won’t care that LarineCo sent it two months early.
That’s why they send your first subscription package so quickly, because it traps you. Instead, tell your card that you don’t authorize any future charges from LarineCo. Better yet, if your card can generate a temporary card number so you don’t have to give out your real number, do that. Then LarineCo can’t charge your card again without contacting you first. Otherwise, your only recourse is to cancel the card altogether if you don’t cancel your subscription in time, and that’s a pain.

Very poor customer service.

I initiated a subscription several months back. I was informed this morning that my subscription is being filled. I contacted them to inform that the individual that I purchased this for is in a facility that will not permit outside products. Larine's response is that the subscription is already in process, and returns/refunds only apply to the initial/first order. I am very disappointed with Larine customer service.

Thieves

Thieves. I did not see any results after using the gum for 30 days so I canceled my subscription. I canceled prior to the next shipment being processed. The company proceeded to process what would've been my next auto shipment. After 20+ emails, I've received no help and have been getting the runaround. I've asked for my emails to be sent to a supervisor multiple times. Larine - please don't reply that you're glad to help resolve the issue. After four days worth of emails, you keep saying the same thing, no refund, no returns, no making things right on your end. This is the worst company that I've ever purchased from. Total scam!

This company is a scam looking to take your money. Example, when you complete a purchase BEWARE you automatically get signed up for a subscription. In a couple of weeks you will receive an email stating your order was completed and will be shipped to you shortly. No prior email from them notifying you about an up coming order. Your bank account has already been charged and GUESS WHAT.... this charge will be double what you were charged for the first order. My first order I paid $38.49 and my second order (the subscription order) I was charged $70.55. This company does not market the fact that when you make a purchase you're automatically signed up for a subscription. SHADY! SHADY!

The quality of this ''gum'' is ehhhh. The company should be shutdown. I will not be recommending this product to anyone. Unfortunately, just another overly marketed product that is a ripoff. Take it from me... SAVE YOUR MONEY.

LarineCo,

You want to make this right? Please, let me return the products from this second order, which I was unaware of and refund me the $70.55. The products (gum) has not been opened or even touched.

Excellent customer service

I do in-fact i like the gum and notice that my teeth feel extra clean after chewing this round wasn't able to afford my refill and i email and asked to cancel order and be refund and they instantly so i will be ordering again when i can afford GREAT COMPANY

This is a fraudulent website and the company is worse. Do NOT buy this.

I had purchased 4 packs and thought it was a one time purchase. Otherwise, I wouldn't have bought 4 packs.

The next month they send 4 more packs. I emailed and asked to return and refund, citing the "refund policy" which states 30day money back guarantee. I also asked specifically for them to cancel my subscription. They sent some vague directions, but when I went to the site, nothing said what the email said.
After several back and forth automated emails, I got a real person reply. They said the refund was only applicable to the first order. I sent them screenshots and it in no way said that. Anyway after a few more exchanges, they agreed to give a partial refund. I guess 11 of 70 is technically "partial". 🙄
I agreed thinking the matter was over.

This month I just received another email, they shipped 4 MORE packs of this crap.

I emailed again citing my email had asked specifically for a cancellation. I wanted a full refund.
Another round of automated and a few real people replies and....my subscription is cancelled. Lol

I'm still fighting it.

I forgot it was a subscription after chewing three piece pieces a day I still had three packs and the subscriptions coming again for $110 for five packs of gum and they will do nothing to cancel it or give me my money back since they’ve already taken it. They get to keep it according to their policy. be careful these guys are scammers.

If I could give them less I would. I tried their gum and it broke my tooth so bad I had to have the tooth pulled. Then they just sent me more without my knowledge or any notification. They won’t give me my money back nor will they let me cancel the “subscription” that I never knew I had. Stay far far away from these crooks.

DO NOT BUY!!

DO NOT BUY!!! I should have read the reviews more closely. They will automatically sign you up for a subscription - about $100. They don't tell you you've subscribed until the refill order is processed and the $ is already charged to you. With no chance of cancelling. Major deception. AVOID THIS COMPANY!!!

This is the worse company company I have canceled my subscription & orders yet they still charge me over and over for 4 months I have cancelled they keep charging they email me back and always say they have cancelled my account yet I am constantly getting charge now I'm going to have to cancel my credit card ... that I've have for years and lot of freaking auto pays and lots of trouble and frustration and the charges keep going up in cost!!! I only order 1 set to try and then cancelled well tried to cancel.
PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM DON'T EVER GIVE THEM YOUR CARD INFORMATION!
