Superb service
What superb service I received from UCE. The lady I spoke to on the phone was both helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the requirements of my Gledhill system. After my independent local plumber established that I had been given a wrong diagnosis of the cause of the dripping by the plumber from the large company that actually installed my system, I was in a bit of a panic as we were going away in 2 days time. I ordered the new valve and the expansion vessel (as suggested by the sales lady) at about 15:30 and I collected the parts from my local Parcelforce depot at 09:30 next morning. My plumber came back and fitted both new parts that afternoon and the dripping is completely cured. All within 24 hours of contacting UCE.
Sadly it is quite rare to find an online company providing such a professional, speedy and good value service.

I recently purchased a Joule immersion heater from Unvented Components Europe and was thoroughly impressed. The website was easy to navigate, the product was clearly described, and the checkout process was smooth.
Delivery was prompt and the heater arrived well-packaged and in perfect condition. The quality of the product is excellent—solid, reliable, and easy to install.
Customer service was responsive and knowledgeable, quickly answering a pre-purchase question about compatibility.
Overall, a seamless experience with great value. I wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.

I ordered the part and was given a delivery date, no item delivered and when I checked on it said the item was delayed.I e mailed the company asking when is the item arriving and got no response.
Today I have received a message saying item delivered and it definitely has not been delivered
order number 12-12763-16850.
Further to your recent response, again I have told you that the picture of a delivery made to a house that you sent is not mine. And here I am yet again not getting any further response from you. You have charged me for an item I have not received. Why am I still waiting for you to

As we'd already advised, due to your aggressive telephone manner towards our female staff, we have had to block your number. We have a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive behaviour towards our staff and this was made very clear to you at the time.
In regards to the order in question, Royal Mail have advised this has been delivered on Friday 29th November 2024 and we can provide you with a proof of delivery if required.

Have used twice now; would use again too!
Have used twice; delivery was done by Royal Mail not a budget courier - quick and painless. Only minor quibble is p&p. I found the same item cheaper on eBay (from this same place). So maybe potential to align in the future. But otherwise good value, good delivery, easy to use website and incredibly quick - ordered Thursday arrived Saturday. Thank you so much 😀
