Unable to deliver the item ordered
Unable to deliver the item ordered. Excuse was that it cost less than £135 and they were not allowed to export any item below this price. This may be a problem of Brexit or a misunderstanding of the regulations There isn't this problem with items from the rest of the world and it shouldn't be outside the wit to send by post what is a very small item. Is there a problem with sending letters by mail? Don't think so.

Sir, we are doing the best we can. If we could ship items below this threshold value, then we would be very happy to do so. But unfortunately these are the terms which a very well known delivery company have put forward, to which we ought to comply with, since we collaborate with them closely on a daily basis.
We were not the ones who came up with the threshold value, but rather the delivering company. Your comparison to the shipment of letters is beyond absurd, and we will not comment on it, because there is simply no point.
I understand that you will not take this negative comment down, but we have honestly never seen a customer who hasn't availed of our service who is publishing negative reviews. I understand your frustration, but we are also frustrated by the fact that we are limited to the services of external freight forwarding companies.

Poor customer service/ payment system
Update 21.6..21(long overdue update) - Contacted by unitrailer who advised Covid related admin disruption which I fully accept. The order was sent out promptly and correctly in 2 deliveries. Contact from accounts dept promptly resolved all payment issues and refunded double payment issue. Ultimately very pleased with customer service and products. Good work and thanks to all in unitrailer.
Poor customer service/ payment system
Placed order total value of €184 from Ireland but payment system failed with Visa on 2 different cards and also showing error using Paypal. Sent 2 emails to customer care with no reply over several days and no answer to my 2 phone calls over 2 days. Probably a minor error but lack of engagement is frustrating.

the absence of replies was caused by the fact that I am the only person in our office with access to our Irish domain details. The lack of engagement was caused by the fact that I was diagnosed with COVID, and I was subsequently forced to remain out of office without any access to the current ongoings. We are sorry that you are disappointed with the lack of contact, however, I have noticed that your order has been shipped off on the 15th of April as the payment came through to us in the end. If you remain unhappy about the procedure, you are more than welcome to keep the negative review. However, it all ended well in the end, so we kindly as you to rethink the review once you receive your products from us. Wishing you all the best!

I can't give you a review,because my order was cancelled stating that had to order items upto £135 so they refused to send my wheel trim,then unitrailor was asking for my bank IBAN details,so I got on to PayPal immediately dispute centre and they got my money back for me.so therefore I'm unable to give a review.i did get my money back,and I won't be purchasing anymore items off unitrailer ever again,they should stipulate that you have to spend £135 in there advertisement,that's what I call entrapment,and certainly wasn't going to give my bank IBAN details,when they could have just paid the money of £33.44 back into my PayPal account,not acceptable.melvyn suter.

The fact about a 135 pound threshold is highlighted on our homepage and is immediately visible once you visit our page. The banner "we are Brexit ready - please read more" points to this piece of information. The fact that you omitted this information was something that we simply weren't able to predict.
I understand your frustration with the fact that we asked you for your IBAN so that we could send money back. However, we were having problems with our PayPal account, and it was for that exact reason that we sought after the best option to return your money back to you as swiftly as possible.
I am far from being in agreement with the fact that asking for someone's IBAN in the 21st century is "unacceptable". It is not only acceptable, but also a standard procedure. The fact that you see this as something unacceptable is merely your own personal opinion, for which we thank, however, as stated above, we are far from agreeing with it.

Excellent service
Excellent service, excellent trailer, attentif support when the delivery courier made a mess of their services.
I am happy with the way Unitrailer supported me and was able to go the furhter mile to replace the damaged parts... not their fault, but regardless, they were there for me.
I will surely use this Company again, and strongly advise others to confidently buy from Unitrailer, as you will never be left high and dry.
Just beware the delivery courier in the UK...
