One light arrived defective for whatever reason and with photo evidence Unitrailer acted immediately and sent me a replacement with a very fast response. Thank you Unitrailer and I will be using your outstanding service again.

Very happy with the service provided by Unitrailer.
1st of all the price was excellent for both the products and delivery charge.
Orderd on the Friday, arrived the following Thursday.
Very fast delivery coming from Poland to Scotland and the communication was spot on.
Will definitely use Unitrailer again.

Bought Two Daken Lorry side boxes. Had already done my research and they seemed to be extremely high quality plus be the size I needed. 100% are top quality products/ boxes. Strong and robust. Sales team were very helpful. As I live in Northern Ireland, shipping is always a pain. Some companies don’t even want to trade with us as it’s potentially extra paperwork. But I sent an email off asking for quotation/if they sold to NI & if so a payment link. And boom, straight back to me with £50 shipping (big big boxes so very fair). I paid the link and got confirmations and updates on its delivery tracking from its collection right to my door. Honestly very happy all round.

A complete shambles
Received half my order and have had very limited contact since. Although they are sending me things saying my order is completed. They say it's at customs. This is all after a lengthy process of reviving the first half of the order. I would not use this company again. A complete shambles

Who is to blame? Ordered on the 17 April. Journey, Picked up Holland, customs to Poland, Poland back to Holland, customs to Hinckley UK. Hinckley to Edinburgh. In Edinburgh since Wednesday 25th, will deliver Thursday 25th, issues, will deliver Friday. More issues will deliver Saturday, didn't arrive.... maybe Monday 29th?? To me DPD is at fault? Probably?
