Although we do not wish to push the blame onto DPD, we feel that we have been hard done by and treated very unfairly by the delivering company, who have failed to notify us that they are currently experiencing problems with their internal system, which they explained to be the reason behind the failed delivery. We have been in touch with DPD ever since, and they promised to resolve this matter as soon as humanly possible. However, all of the above does not erase the fact that we have failed to deliver your parcel because of this, and naturally, you will be receiving a full refund back onto your account. Shipment was never sent from the courier depot in Poland. Tried communicating. Cant get refund. Now the parcel has been returned by the courier in Poland to their department I receive an email to say I had not collected the parcel!!! It never left the country to come over to UK. Unacceptable!!

Great service and delivery. My only criticism is that it would have been beneficial to have been alerted to the fact that I would be liable to import taxes for receipt into the UK sooner rather than me hearing this from the courier company after the parcel had been dispatched.

At the same time, we would like to point to various places on our website which point to the fact that our company is based in Poland and that import charges apply to orders about 135 pounds. The information pertaining to import charges can be found on each product page. The same information is visible in the basket. There is also a dedicated page entitled "GUIDE FOR INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE & CUSTOMS DUTIES POST-BREXIT" which informs about the breakdown between those orders which necessitate further charges and those that do not. We hope nevertheless that you are happy with your product.

Be aware. This company is based in Poland and you will have to pay import charges.
It is all written in the small print which I didn’t think to look at as I assumed by the UK website and phone number that they were based in the UK.
I had to put an additional £55 on top of the advertised price.
