Never received the right order: Sent the wrong order to me and then took weeks to reply on all 3 ways I tried to reach them. Once they replied I had to pay £15 postage to get it back to them and even with proof that I sent the item back they never got back to me. That was months ago, worst customer support I've experienced.

Ordered 2 pairs of jeans on 20-11
No track and trace provided but order said 'ready for delivery' on 21-11

asked for an update on 29-11 - no reply
asked for another update on 05-12 - no reply

07-12 products finally delivered
Jeans too small, not Uneffected Studios' mistake.

Sent back products on 17-12.
Retour order got delivered to uneffected studios on 26-12.

03-01 asked for an update to know if I will at least get my money back. - no reply
15-01 had to ask again for an update if I will get my money back.
07-02 finally got my money back.

The products and the quality did not even look that bad. It's the non existing service and literally no communication.
Even a 'sorry we are very busy right now so we apologize for the delay' would have helped but that did not happen.

Wrote this review because Uneffected Studios asked if I could write a review because 50 reviews are affecting their score rate and on TP due to shipping and some delays only. Make it 51 I guess now.

Uneffected has really nice close offer.

Customer Service very slow and NOT reliable!!!

Heb al 10 keer geprobeerd contact op te nemen met Uneffected maar nog steeds geen reactie. Wil mijn broek graag terug sturen vanwege verkeerde maat maar heb nooit een retour label (of überhaupt contact) kunnen krijgen. Wat kunnen we hier aan doen?!

You need to be aware that by purchasing from this store, you have no support anymore. I tried to contact them from every possible channel but they didn’t respond. Even i put a comment on their instagram page but they didn’t respond.

So they sent me one less item and also the got the full money, they never refunded the money and i can say this website is nothing more than scam!

Trousers had a very bad quality, got a whole after 2 hours of wearing.
No wonder they are asking for good reviews.
Think twice before buying.

This company doenst know anything about service and good customer trestment

Ik heb na mailcontact met Uneffected een deel van de bestelling teruggestuurd. Dit pakje is niet door Uneffected opgehaald en uiteindelijk weer naar mij teruggestuurd. Ik heb vervolgens diverse mails gestuurd met de vraag of ik het pakje nog een keer kon sturen maar nooit meer een reactie gekregen. Ik zit nu thuis met 2 broeken die te klein zijn en geen mogelijkheid om contact te krijgen met het bedrijf. Ik zal daar nooit meer iets bestellen.

They are scammers! Don't buy from them. In case you want to change or return an item, they will make you pay the expenses to ship back the products and on top will only refund you partially as they charge you the cost they paid to ship you the product in the first instance. Products are very low quality.

Ich warte bereit seit einem Monat auf meine Rückzahlung.
Auf Anfragen per Mail oder über Instagram bekommt man keine Anworten.

Falls ihr etwas zurückschickt, bekommt ihr euer Geld nicht.
Die haben nicht einmal eine Telefonnummer.

Hello. I would like to let you know what my experience was with uneffected. I came across them on Instagram and saw that they had nice clothes. I then immediately ordered pants from them on February 28. After a week I discovered that I had not received any email about the delivery, so I started to worry a bit and I went to check the reviews on Trust Pilot. Those didn't help as almost all of them were negative... so I had already said goodbye to my pants. A few days ago I sent an email asking if they could still ship my order. Today I received an email and it finally arrived after 3 weeks. Personally, I will not order from this website again, but for the people who have the same problem. don't be afraid to send an email as it helped in my case this time. team uneffected, it's a shame that this should have turned out this way, but thanks for the order anyway because the pants are of good quality.

NO REFUND EN NO RESPONSE

Returned some items and never received my refund. No response via any of their channels. Big shame.
