Charges for next day but takes over 2 weeks

This company cracks me up what managing director argues with reviews 🤣 matt is an absolute scum bag that sits at his computer and fobs ppl off with its DHL or DPD fault I ordered a headset on the 21st its now the 25th but was suppose to be next day delivery now b4 matt comes in and points out I ordered over the week end yes that's correct so next day would be sent out Monday receive Tuesday... but what a surprise I've had my weekly dpd delivery and royal mail and there is no headset.... I think the more ppl who report William Mathew John Campbell the better. I received an email from matt after I posted my review telling me he has cancelled my order and stopped my parcel which to me is very suspicious as once its been sent you can not stop it so did he even send it. Charging ppl for next day delivery but not fulfilling the agreement if I could give him 0 stars I would. DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMING COMPANY they bloke your reviews on social media and argue with customers.

First game ordered spiderman 2 on Friday parcelforce Attempted delivery on Monday did not leave a card trying to get it redelivered for Friday now dose not Recognise Tracking number given up Expect full refund when it's been Returned never again going all Digital from.now on

Fast and efficient fix to my problem

Received a faulty pair of earbuds, Not the fault of these guys. Within a couple of days the very friendly and helpful Matt was on with helping me get this sorted. Just received a new set of buds today after waiting only a short while and everything is now in working order.

Will definitely be ordering from these guys again!

Bought Faulty Ram trying to sort out a replacement.
Speaking to someone called Matt via email who seems to be trying to fob me off.
Cannot expect to sell damaged goods and not give a replacement.

The customer emailed us lunchtime Monday - less than 48 hours before this review was posted - and was told we would look into what we can do to help, as manufacturers often handle warranties directly, but it can take quite some time. We asked the customer to give us time to check the warranty situation.

They have now been referred directly to the manufacturer to handle the warranty claim.

Specifically ordered new EA 24 for my…

Specifically ordered new EA 24 for my new Phew for release day, paid for the 24 hour service and they have failed to deliver on what they promised, I don’t believe they did send it on 24 hour tracking as when asked for a copy of receipt of 24 hours tracking service, they couldn’t provide one, now my 10 year old nephew is crying as he is the only one of his friends who hasn’t got the game and I’m going to have to run around and source one! First time Iv used them and defo the last time once this order is returned! Ruined the start of the weekend for me and my nephew now.

Yes it was delivered Saturday (after I contacted a friend at Royal Mail myself) and 24 hours from a Thursday 1pm is people? Anyone know what 24 hours from Thursday 1pm is? It’s defo not Saturday right?
The cheek to act like they delivered within the 24 hour window as promised, THEY DID NOT DELIVER WITHIN 24 HOURS AS I HAD PAID FOR IT WAS MORE 40-60 HOURS WHICH ISNT WHY I PAID THE EXTRA :)

FURTHER EDIT: I also pre ordered CRICKET 24 and this cheeky but bitter company have decided on the day of release/delivery which was today the 5/10/23 they would refund me that money rather than actually deliver the item without mentioning to me at all that this is what they was going to do so another game that I was expecting and preordered at the same time as FC24 has been royal F’d up by them on release date just like FC24 even though I ordered this almost 10 days ago. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

The customer's order was delivered on Saturday morning - which was the day after it was scheduled to be delivered, unfortunately. Sadly, delays do happen and it is an unavoidable part of online shopping. We don't post things at the post office with a receipt for each parcel, as it appears this reviewer thinks. Still, we did take the time to send them a copy of the shipping label evidencing the shipment and the service used.

2 Orders both messed up.

Having purchased some pc components that were done in 2 separate orders both have been messed up firstly supposed to be next day delivery well one was but the order was incomplete an item was missing, the 2nd order was supposed to be next day and was not emailed them was told Northern Ireland takes more than one day well guess what i am not in Northern Ireland i am in the UK so where that came from i do not know also if you try to ring there is just a rubbish recording saying no one is available but to email what a complete joke that is I'm not holding my breath for tomorrow 14th/09 supposed to be getting the rest of my order which i doubt very much and the 2nd order is in Bournemouth with Dpd why i do not know that is 363 miles away i know some have had a good experience with these but myself it has been appalling no sorry nothing to say i am not happy would be an understatement.

To there reply that still does not say why there was only one item and not 2 in the first order and then taking 2 days for the 2nd is not as advertised as it clearly states next day delivery not 2 days delivery so irrespective of your reply the experiance has been extremely poor.

For context, two orders were placed on September 12 and handed off to DPD from each of the two warehouses where the orders were fulfilled - hence, one shipment was in Bournemouth, as that's where that warehouse is.

Delivery was attempted on the 14th but nobody received it; reattempt will occur on the 15th.

Call logs have been checked and we received two calls, both at 2:32PM. It is always best to give it a few minutes for lines to clear before attempting a 2nd call, or email us as we'll get back to you via that method.

The service that orders are shipped on, as advertised, is a next working day service, but delays do happen. It's part of online shopping and why we have, what we consider, a fair policy that should a courier be more than 3 days late delivering an order, we refund the delivery charge.

First time order from the company and I just got one word wow extremely happy with the decision to use this company absolutely great customer service and was delivered the next day only bad thing I can possibly say is they use parcelforce for next day delivery which I reckon most of the bad reviews will be due to late delivery or not delivered at all parcelforce suck but this company ultimate gaming paradise is amazing definitely use again

Awesome experience!!

I ordered an RTX 3060 a few month back, and I completely forgot to leave a review! So I decided I have to come back to leave a review about it, because this was honestly one of the quickest and easiest purchases I ever had! The Help Desk was quick and helpful to answer any queries I had.

Bought a gaming monitor

Bought a gaming monitor. And the control panel snapped when I was turning the volume up. Which is a clear fault. I only had the monitor 5 days when this happened. The company have refused to replace the monitor and are refusing me a refund. They said they will get it repaired. Which i don't want as i will be left with nothing. I am finding the service very poor and are not following consumer rights. Now I am going to have to take the legal road.

I will add to this now as this company is a joke. I did not want the product repaired. I wanted it replacing or refund because it was a clear fault. I had the product 5 days. I have opened a complaint with the ombudsman. The company also tried to use the tactic that if I didn't take my review down they would not help. I have email evidence of this. They also wont let me file a complaint. Trying to say I have no consumer rights. It wasn't accidental. Its a clear fault as I was only turning up the volume with 1 finger. This company is really unprofessional. I would advise people avoid using this company.

As the saying goes, no good deed goes unpunished.

This review is completely correct so far as, we will not refund or replace things which are broken by accident.

But, we tried to help because we get it...accidents happen.

So, to help Alan, we got in touch with ASRock, the manufacturer, and spoke to them about the broken monitor.

ASRock very kindly agreed to waive the Consumer Induced Damage fee they would normally charge to repair the monitor and return it all fixed and working again - completely free of charge.

We told Alan this, and asked when it would be convenient for us to arrange for the collection of the monitor - again, for no charge to him - but Alan, rather bafflingly, declined the offer and opted to leave this review amidst other threats of legal action etc.

It is worth noting that ASRock monitors are end user warranties which means we normally wouldn't get involved with any warranty claims as ASRock handle warranty claims on monitors directly.

I placed an order 3 days ago

I placed an order 3 days ago, then received an email the next day saying that there was technical issues with the delivery. The same evening I received another email saying that the issue was fixed and the order was shipped. I still have not received the game and it still shows processing on the website. I have now had to order the same game from Amazon. If I do receive the order I will be retuning it. Next time I will be sticking to companies I can rely on.

Great customer service

Having ordered twice from these guys and twice I had placed a pre order within that overall order. My mistake and resulted in the items that were in stock being sent only when the entire order can be shipped. Which is normal. Having contacted them twice. On both occasions they shipped the items in stock immediately at no additional cost. Super friendly. Super quick and keen to help. Really will be buying from these guys again. Perfect. Very happy.
