I originally Ordered X box X Console, with Starfield game, only because i couldn't get it for my PS4.
because the starfield game had to be an advance order,
my main order went a little wrong, they sent my Console(Great) but i was waiting for my game to arrive on the release date, and it didn't arrive.
I contacted Ultimate Gaming regarding this error, and Matt handled my case.
There computer system couldn't handle 1 order with 2 delivery dates. they were so sorry for the error and i even got a small discount, I eventually received my long awaited starfield game. But what i'm mainly please with is that they fixed the software/computer problem. And you can now pre-order any item online with no problems, Thankyou Ultimate Gaming and your amazing tech guy MATT, you were fair and honest, so now im a loyal customer
