Great service after initial apprehension
Ordered a 34 inch ultrawide monitor yesterday (17/02/22) - this site which I had never heard of before was the only one I could find that claimed to have it in stock. I was a bit aprehensive given I had not heard of it and no where else had stock but after reviewing trust pilot and other places seemed to have enough genuine reviews for me to bite the bullet. Pleased to say the monitor turned up this morning (18/02/22) at 9:30. I spoke with the live chat agent who had assured me it had been dispatched although didnt get an email update. Very friendly on chat and assured me enough to trust them. Given these experiences would definately recommend and reuse in future.

Unfortunately, delays with couriers do happen and we're sorry to see your order has been so delayed. We've checked in on the tracking and can see that it is now out for delivery - albeit very delayed. It should never have taken 4 days to get to you as it shipped Monday and should have been with you on Tuesday.
There is a tracking link in your order dispatch email that you can check in on or update delivery details.

Good All Round Computer Parts Retailer
Product selection is good, however finishing something in stock is the issue, as it is with many other suppliers too these days. In stock items dispatched quickly and follow ups and tracking information supplied is useful. Prices are not as competitive as they could be but to have the option to use payment options like Clearpay help make this retailer a great choice.
