The product was reasonably priced and good quality but yet to put in place as it didn’t arrive on time. Was told it would be delivered 26/8 actually arrived 31/8 which was disappointing, hence the 3 rating.

Hi Simon,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re pleased to hear that you were happy with the quality and value of your product, although we’re sorry the delivery timing was disappointing.
Our standard timescale advises delivery within 8 working days, with customers are asked to allow up to 10 working days.
Your order was delivered within this 10-working-day timeframe, although we appreciate that receiving it later than the estimated date was frustrating.
Thank you for choosing UK Sign Shop and for sharing your feedback.

Looks great
Looks great. Easy to order and arrived within a fortnight. Only critism fixing screws supplied not really suitable without using a washer to hold secure. Easy to remedy as long as you have washers or screws with a larger head.

Hi Alan,
Thank you for your review. We’re pleased to hear that you’re happy with the sign and found the ordering process easy.
We’re sorry to hear you felt the supplied fixings were not suitable. We use standard fixings for our signs, but if there was an issue with the fixings supplied, we would have been happy to investigate this. A photo of the fixings received would have been helpful, but unfortunately we haven’t heard from you directly.
If you would like to discuss this further please email care@uksignshop.co.uk
Thank you for your feedback and for choosing UK Sign Shop.
