Excellent customer service from UK Sign Shop! Unfortunately, our order was damaged during delivery, but their team was incredibly helpful and prompt in resolving the issue. They sent replacements without any hassle, and despite the delivery company damaging the signs more than once, they remained professional and responsive throughout.
It's refreshing to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers and goes the extra mile to make things right. Highly recommended, and we'll definitely use them again!

I'd not go back
I've had an issue with my order - I've contacted them to try to resolve it. The replied only to let me know that someone would be in touch.
I chased them up - same answer.
Still no reply. I don't feel like a priority now they have my money.

Your original order was delivered approximately four months ago, and we had not received any concerns about the products until your recent enquiry regarding a new order and a potential discount.
Having reviewed the photographs, it is difficult to determine exactly what the issue is. The products were made to order using the measurements supplied, and we had not received any concerns during the four months since delivery.
Regarding your recent enquiry, our team referred you to our Commercial Team for a quotation. Although we aim to respond within three working days, there was a delay, and we apologise for this.
We would like to clarify that your comment about no longer feeling like a priority relates to a new order enquiry, rather than the fulfilment of your original order, which was manufactured and delivered.
We understand you have since sourced a product elsewhere and hope it meets your needs. Thank you again for your feedback.

First class signs - excellent service
The signs I ordered were very good quality. The company kept me informed throughout the whole process including the delivery. Unfortunately, the delivery company DPD delivered to the wrong address but I managed to track down the package to a neighbour’s. I kept UK Sign Shop informed about this and they kept me supported through email communication until the package was located. As a gesture of goodwill they also refunded my delivery costs. All in all, first class service and would definitely use them again.u

Really happy with my sign and with the…
Really happy with my sign and with the whole purchasing experience. The sign arrived earlier than expected, which was great as it was a birthday present and I was cutting it a bit fine. Also I made an initial spelling mistake which was corrected for me even though during the ordering process it was stated this wouldn’t be possible. I realised my mistake immediately and was able to contact UK Signs who said they would do their best to change it but couldn’t guarantee it. However when I received my sign it was perfect. Highly recommend purchasing from UK Signs, great value, great customer service, wonderful quality product and great delivery time. 👍
