Ukroofsurveys Recensioni

We would highly recommend. We instructed UK Roof Surveys to prepare a detailed survey on our conservatory roof as we wanted an independent report. The survey was organised and carried out shortly thereafter. Drones were used to take aerial photos and we received the report promptly. We would highly recommend this company for an independent and unbiased report.

So glad we used UKroofsurveys.co.uk they saved us thousands of pounds in exposing the real state of the roof on the house we were buying , so a big thank you to them.

They were able to offer an appointment on short notice. Their pricing is competitive. I got the inspection report within 48h as promised.

We’re FTBs and had some issues getting a quote for the roof issues flagged in our level 3 survey which was delaying exchange. After seeing the really good reviews for Ashley on RPS, I contacted him for a survey on a Victorian stone slate roof and loft space - we needed an independent opinion to know what we were committing to as we had no idea how much it could cost. Ashley phoned me within a few hours of me filling in the form and was super helpful - he told me about his experience with stone slate roofs and organised a survey with the estate agent within a few days even though it was bank holiday. He was prompt, efficient and phoned me as soon as he’d finished to give me a brief overview and sent the report within 48 hours. The report was one of the most useful things we’ve received throughout the buying process and gave us a clear overview of the costs, urgency, timelines and what we need to ask for when contacting companies. The survey price was super reasonable (almost half what another independent contractor quoted us) and it will save us thousands as we were planning to do work in the first year that isn’t actually necessary.

It gave us the confidence we needed to commit to exchange and what we thought might delay exchange by several weeks only ended up being a few days thanks to Ashley getting the survey booked in so quickly. I also really appreciate that he is giving us advice in the weeks after sending us the report - I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again!

We were really pleased with the service we received. They had immediate availability, which was incredibly helpful, and Ashley, the surveyor, was friendly, professional and took the time to give us a full explanation of his findings.

The report was clear, thorough and delivered within the timeframe promised. It has given us much more confidence in understanding the condition of our roof and in moving forward with instructing roofers to carry out the necessary work.

Thank you, Ashley, for making what could have been a stressful process much clearer and easier. We would definitely recommend their service.

Simply professional service delivered with efficiency. I would recommend them to anybody happyerley.

I am very pleased with the service. He was friendly, professional, and arrived on time. He carried out a thorough inspection of the roof and used a drone and camera glasses to take detailed photos of any issues. The photos were included in the report, making everything clear and easy to understand. I would highly recommend his services

After experiencing serious issues with roofing work that was being carried out on our home, we found ourselves in the incredibly stressful and overwhelming position of having lost confidence in the quality of the work and being unsure who to trust or what to do next. Finding Ashley at UK Roof Surveys completely changed the situation for us.

The initial roof survey itself was thorough, professional and excellent value for money. Ashley identified a number of issues and gave us a clear, understandable assessment of the work that had actually been carried out. It immediately put our minds at ease and gave us a path to resolving the issues.

However, the real value of Ashley's service has come in the support he's provided afterwards. He has gone far above and beyond what we ever expected, helping us navigate an increasingly complex dispute with our roofing contractor. His advice, expertise and willingness to explain technical details in plain English have given us the confidence to make informed decisions and understand exactly where we stand.

What has impressed us most is Ashley's professionalism and integrity. He is completely independent, doesn't exaggerate problems or create unnecessary alarm, and draws on a long career in the roofing industry to provide balanced, expert advice. It's clear that his goal is not only to protect customers, but also to support the good, honest roofers working within the trade.

Throughout the process, Ashley has been incredibly generous with his time, responsive to questions, and fully invested in helping us achieve the best outcome. When you're dealing with building work problems, having someone with genuine expertise in your corner is invaluable, and Ashley has been exactly that for us.

Our only regret is not involving UK Roof Surveys before the roofing work began. Had we done so, we believe it would have saved us a tremendous amount of time, money and stress, and prevented many of the issues we've subsequently had to deal with.

If you're considering a roof survey, that itself is worth every penny. But what really sets this service apart is the ongoing support, expert guidance and reassurance he provides when you need it most.

We honestly cannot recommend Ashley and UK Roof Surveys highly enough.

Thank you, Ashley, for helping us navigate what has been an extremely difficult situation.

We needed an independent surveyor to advise us about the roofing work we were having done. We had some worries about particular aspects of the work, so we asked for that to be a special focus.

Our surveyor was extremely helpful, not just during the considerately-arranged inspection visit itself and in the detailed report he gave us, but in the fact that he followed this up by remaining available to advise us in the following days and weeks as we continued to work with our builders. In particular, his knowledge and advice gave us greater confidence and helped us to be clearer about what what was important and what we needed to do to move our situation on.

Staff on the phone in the office were also very friendly and helpful. The survey was arranged very quickly.

Altogether, the company proved to be excellent value for money. I would certainly recommend them.

EXCELLENT company. A full and detailed examination of the roof enabled us to ask for a reduction in the price of the house we are buying. The survey was complete and full of information that we can use. We would use this company again and highly recommend to anyone needing a survey.
