Assured Surveyors LTD Recensioni

Ryan has been extremely helpful - he explained clearly the pros and cons of the house that we were looking into purchasing. His local knowledge of the area was also quite useful for us.

We had a great experience with Assured Surveyors with our house purchase in Orpington. Highly recommended.

Thank you Assured! The survey was meticulous and very detailed and helped to uncover some of the question marks we had. We received the report in a timely manner which helped us to progress aggressively with our purchase. We got there in the end! I would highly recommend Assured! Thanks again

Excellent service from start to finish. We had a level 3 full building survey that was carried out promptly and the report was detailed yet easy to understand. Everything was explained clearly, and it gave me real confidence in moving forward with my purchase. We would recommend and use again.

Very happy with the service we received. The survey we received was comprehensive, lots of photos and good advice. Would use again!

Really professional and easy to deal with. The report was clear, detailed, and picked up things I wouldn’t have noticed myself. Would definitely recommend.

We’ve used Assured Surveyors for several of our managed properties and have been consistently impressed. They’re professional, reliable, and always deliver reports on time. What really stands out is how clearly they explain their findings, just straightforward advice we can actually act on. They’ve also been great at advising our landlords on the right type of survey for each situation. A trusted partner we’re happy to recommend.

I was really happy with the service, everything was explained clearly, and the survey report was detailed, well laid out, and easy to follow. The whole process felt professional and reassuring from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend to anyone looking for a thorough and reliable surveyor, especially if you’re a first time buyer feeling a bit unsure like I was.

As first-time buyers, we were naturally feeling a bit nervous about the whole process, but working with this surveyor made everything so much easier. From the very beginning, they were friendly and approachable, calling us before the survey to introduce themselves and explain what to expect on the day.

The survey itself went smoothly, and we really appreciated the follow-up call afterwards. They took the time to break everything down in clear, simple terms, explaining any issues they found and offering helpful advice and reassurance. It was exactly what we needed to feel confident moving forward.

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience, professional, thorough, and genuinely supportive from start to finish. Highly recommended!
