Phil came out to find a water leak, tested thoroughly and found a leak outside our boundary. Water board found the same, but sent a team who didn't investigate properly and declared there was now no leak. Phil came back, dug up my drive to prove the leak was outside my boundary, he spoke to water board on my behalf and the water board finally fixed the leak. Phil was great - really went above and beyond to help me. Excellent service.

My initial call to ADI was just for a quote and timeframe, the person I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable and clear about the work and costs. After a bit of arranging (and being let down by another company) I decided to go ahead with ADI. I was in contact with a lady called Caroline who was very friendly and accommodated my date availability, avoiding my birthday, for the work to go ahead. The engineer who attended was a lovely man name Artur, he was on time, which is sometimes a rarity these days, and even thought struggled to find the leak initially he never gave me any doubt that he could fix it. With leak fixed, he gave me advice on next steps to rectify the damaged caused by the leak and made the area he worked in neat and tidy before he left. I would fully recommend this company and Artur.

Superb service, Caroline was very clear and helpful on the initial call and the engineer, Robert was excellent - very patient and knowledgeable. He managed to solve a very complex issue in a short space of time. Highly recommended.

Paul from ADI has been extremely helpul and shown great knowledge about his profession. He explained the processes and procedures succinctly. We follow up on his recommendations to go back to UU to get our leak (near the meter) rectified. Thank you for all your help and advice. Highly recommend.

Had water coming up through the laminated flooring in my kitchen as we have underfloor heating I was very worried. Phoned ADI leak Detection. They sent out Paul. He found the leak. Checked everything very impressed with the service. Fixed it. I was kept informed all through the process. Paul was respectful and took time to listen and answer any questions I had. Thank you.

I called ADI after experiencing pressure drops on my boiler and after my plumber confirmed the boiler was functioning normally I suspected a leak. I spoke to Dayan who arranged my appointment and was very helpful and professional, he explained the process fully and what I should expect on the day. Paul was the plumber who arrived on the day and he was very helpful and extremely thorough, after a few hours of testing and a lot of patience he finally located and fixed the leak with minimal damage to my flooring. I hope I don’t require leak detection services again, but if I ever do I will be going back to ADI.

James was great, he kept me informed and talked me through all steps he was doing. He was able to find the leak quickly and was patient when I was communicating with the insurance. James was able to stop the leak.

The guys were knowledgeable, respectful and did more than they needed to to fix the issues. Definitely would recommend.

Initial telephone conversation failed to inform us that a small leak would be difficult to find and as turned out was impossible to find. Call handler was told how much water loss we had and assured us they would find it. Left with feeling like we have been scammed out of £770.
Would not recommend or use again. Ok

Just had Mark Pvaitt from ADI come out to do an emergency leak in our home. He was absolutely excellent, was very knowledgeable and clearly very experienced. Detected a leak in our hot water pipe under our flooring. Nothing was too much and was here until late evening to make sure job was done. Very friendly and polite, couldn’t recommend any higher

Had a leak somewhere in the house. Artur was the plumber who came out. He was prompt and professional. He actually found and fixed 2 leaks in the house. One was under the kitchen floor and very difficult to find. He explained everything as he went along.

I had a central heating leak that was driving me nuts. Two plumbers couldn't find and suggested I pull my LVT flooring up. I called ADI and am so glad I did. From my initial phone call and speaking to Caroline in the office to the final fix was efficient, pain free and effortless. Brett, the engineer arrived on time and set about with his array of instruments and tracked and confirmed the leak. Everything was explained and I witnessed four different instruments confirming his findings. Brett, was very friendly and professional. Taking care of my property and minimising the area of floor to be lifted. All in all, I'm throughly impressed with company and Brett's skills. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Excellent service from start to finish. Caroline was very helpful and informative in the initial call, explaining fully how it worked and what the steps were and then we were lucky enough to have Kristof arrive on the day. He was very thorough, identified where the leak was (under the screed in the living room) and then carried out the repair with minimal mess or disruption.

The engineer turned up promptly and started work straight away. The nature of the job meant that it was not straightforward and it took a while to locate the leak. He carefully cleared the area, cut out a section of pipe and made the repair, explaining the situation to me, what had caused it and made preventive measures to avoid further issues. He took time to refit as much as possible and then tidied up after himself with a lot less redecorating needed than I anticipated.
I was very happy with the work done and professionalism of the engineer. My wife is just happy to have the heating working again!

We have just had Hammad out and he was fantastic. He rang me yesterday to confirm the booking and arrived right on time. He was very professional. He was also very friendly and easy to talk to. He managed to locate our leak which was under the concrete in our kitchen floor. He told me right throughout what he was doing and why. He fixed the leak and did a very thorough job. He cleaned up after he was done and I can't recommend him enough. I would be happy for him to do jobs in my house again any time.

Brett was superb, totally professional in his approach, explained what he was doing very clearly. He conducted several tests and located the issue, again with perfectly clear explanations and very coherent. He even drew a diagram, and produced a report. First class service 10/10. We would without hesitation recommend Brett as a highly experienced Trace & Access leak detection professional.

Paul was brilliant, arrived on time and was friendly and personable whilst also cracking on with the job. He found our leak almost immediately despite it being only ~15-20 L/hr and set to work fixing it. The leak has literally just been fixed and Paul has done some pressure tests for us so we are hoping everything has been resolved in a morning :)

Paul arrived early and immediately got to work running through his checks. Using a combination of detection techniques he quickly located the source of the leak in my heating system - tiny holes in an old copper pipe running through the solid brick external back wall of my Victorian terrace house. Paul repaired the leak in no time. He explained what he was doing at every stage and is extremely pleasant. I am very grateful to Paul and ADI for identifying the source of a problem that otherwise would have remained a mystery.
