Payed for a 2 days express delivery weeks later they turn up I would email and get no reply Would never use this company again

A lot of these uk company’s say they have your product in stock when they know full well they don’t then they wait for your to pay for your order Then order it in and say we have been experiencing night demands. Same crap every time. If your looking to purchase any Muay Thai equipment from any uk website. Call them first and get them to check if they have it in stock before you pay. They lie so much

Stay away!!

Paid for express delivery for a present for my son, after a week contacted them to ask when it would be shipped with no response.

Another 2 weeks passed and still not shipped, emailed to request a refund, still with no response. In the end I had to do a reverse charge with my bank to get my money back.

Stay away!!

Absolute fantastic customer service

I cannot fault this companies customer service. They deliver a great product and keep you informed re delivery. I had ordered the wrong size weight of my lads twins kickboxing gloves and did not realise until after 30 days (return time) as they were a birthday present. UK fight gear had no problem with me returning the product and helping me get the correct weight delivered and gave me options. Thank you guys

Wow, thee best customer services

Wow! What fantastic customer service, I messaged on a Sunday asking about Xmas delivery, they were so responsive, even reminding me to proceed to checkout on time
Without at doubt I can recommend this company 👌

Great service

Girlfriend bought me some new Fairtex Muay Thai gloves from here. They came very quickly and were well packaged.
