Ordered gloves delivery expected same week, had to wait nearly 2 months after chasing up- arrived poorly packaged.
Decided to give another try and order punch bag, after nearly 2 weeks chased up to be told would be a month or two. Asked for a like for like replacement or refund. Still waiting for a refund one week later and receiving petty and hostile messages from them because of honest review.
I would not recommend unless you don’t mind waiting months for items to arrive.
Have to say they are consistent though!

Ordered some white rival RB10 bag gloves. I made a mistake in the ordered which Brett sorted without fuss. Arrived 2 days later. These look and feel fantastic providing more support than any I’ve had before by a margin and I’ve had a few over the years.

Ordered a pair of boots about a week ago, delivery took an extra moment but customer service was very helpful. Once arrived the boots fit perfect. Thank you sugarrays!

Was in sugar rays with my husband & grandson ordered food it was off the special menu £22 .Peppered chicken was very greasy. Then when we ordered dessert no pavlova. Fudge cake was horrible Mr whippy ice cream was horrible. Told the girl she didn't want to know. Special started at 5 pm this was after 6 pm .I won't be back

My son ordered the wrong weight boxing gloves for my grandsons Christmas present, he left it until after Christmas to tell me! We rang Sugar Rays explained the situation they told me to just return them which I did on Monday just two days later I received the replacement gloves … exceptional customer service!

Used to be amazing but last few times I've been chip have been bad as if they've been reheated and burgers wernt great ☹️☹️

Very happy with the stuff I bought. Best price very friendly will definitely coming back. They are very happy to help. U can do ur order on the phone or pop in the store

Brilliant all British Buissiness. Ordered a custom package that typically takes weeks to completion and delivery. Explained to their 10/10 staff that I needed it the coming weekend. Despite my incompetence they completly delivered, moving some things round and ensuring my package came in time.

A big thank you to Harley who was a hero over the phone.

What a fantastic bunch of people. I ordered some gloves for my youngest. The supplier let Sugarrays down, but they moved heaven and earth to get the right gloves for my boy. They were patient and understanding of my frustration and, honestly, I would love to reach across the miles between us and give each and every one of them a huge hug.

I could not recommend this company more highly than I do. I wish I could do more than leave this measly review. Take your business to them. They are solid gold!

Needed a speedbag platform and everything went nicely, until... I asked a question on how i can track my order and the guy that replied had poor English? (reason number 1 why they sound like a scam) and then when i gave him my order number he replied (with poor English) "the item is not in stock right now it will be in march." (reason number 2 why they sound like a scam) and I was like wtf the website said it was on stock... and then he wanted me to sell the same set but with a speedbag ball as well which I don't need so I immediately requested a refund which they didn't sound happy about it but idc at least I got my money back... I do not recommend to buy at their store...

These guys are amazing Ive bought equipment from them throughout my boxing journey when I moved to cyprus 12 years ago they helped kit my gym out the guys are honest and always go that extra mile to help you. There product knowledge is second to none on my recent trip back to the UK I picked up some great tuff wear airpads love em. Thank you so much guys wish I bought a bigger suitcase next I will see you soon and keep up the amazing service.

Do not order online from them. They show that the item is in stock. You can place the order but they never deliver the item to you or even bother to answer any sort of communication. They literally steal your money online.

I have given up on the idea of actually getting the boxing gloves that I ordered.

You have been warned.

Not happy at all as placed an order for a Punch bag, was told afterward it was out of stock even though website said in stock, the told me a delivery date which was two weeks later, which I excepted but since this it's been a further three weeks and still not delivery! very poor communication as I have to contact them for updates. Now requested money back to use a more reliable company.

I ordered an aqua bruiser bag jus to be told 2 weeks later that it was ot of stock and would have to wait for another month. Bare in mind they didn’t contact me first I had to contact them I asked for a full refund wouldn’t recommend shipping online

The food it was so salty it was horrible, pavlova if you could call it that, coffee week, I was so disappointed been a while since I’ve been to sugar ray’s & a completely different experience & the price was way too expensive even worse when you don’t even eat half of what you ordered due to bad food, service was good the girl was lovely but sorry nearly £100 wasted & bad quality so no tip & sorry won’t be back

Like many of the other reviews. They lied about having the item in stock and seemed to not care ignoring my messages, it seemed they had no intentions of refunding me and the man on the phone when I called was very rude when I asked for a refund.

Took my 2 young boys who are new to boxing for some accessories and equipment and was not disappointed. Harley helped us with our selection and choices of gloves and shorts, my boys were very happy we went there. will definitely buy from them next time
