As a boxing coach I purchase quite a lot of equipment for my son and the gym . The first time I have tried to return my sons fly boxing boots after 3 months and falling part , fight equipment first said that we had put them in the washing machine umm no we haven’t. Now saying my son has been putting them on without undoing the laces 🤦♂️ do not buy from these guys as won’t resolve any issues , will never buy from here again and will be getting my bank involved

I purchased this item which was labeled SGL10, the item I received was SGS10, in my own previous experience the sgs10 don’t last anywhere near as long as the sgl10 (sgs meaning synthetic leather) I messaged the company and explained my issue that I have reviewed the wrong product, they wrote back to me and agreed the wrong product was sent to me and that they’ll provide me with a FREE returns label to ship the item back to them, I shipped the item back to them using this free returns label, only to receive a PARTIAL refund, they charged me for the return shipping and for the original shipping cost even though they sent me the wrong item and agreed the item was wrong before I sent it back to them? Buy your items elsewhere!!! If you order through this company and they send you the wrong item you will still be liable for postage both ways!!!! And then they will open your instagram messages and leave your messages unopened without a response! Absolutely pathetic customer service and definitely won’t be using this company again

Genuinely the worse company I’ve ever interacted with, bought a bag and a set of shin guards in M when they arrived they were large. So I requested a return followed the instructions given through the Shop app. Tracked the item it arrived at there depot 1st November. Since then I’ve been told on multiple occasions that “in the next 2 days” we will be processing returns and refunds… that was on the 11 November. Not only have I heard nothing back from them but way of and update on my order but they can’t even tell me if it’s arrived. Avoid this company if you are buying anything that isn’t 1 size. They don’t take responsibility for mistakes and after I’ve asked if they will just send the original product in L back to me so I can try resell it myself, they’ve not answered my question and just said “sorry for your frustration” regarding the time I’ve been waiting. It’s not coming up on a month since the original purchase and I have no idea if I will be getting a refund/replacement or even an update regarding my order. Genuine scammers when it comes to refund/returning items. Avoid and if you do use them don’t request a return they will keep the item and your money.

They claimed they raised a investigation with the courier after it was left unauthorised and unsigned for
Was told that I had to wait 30 days for the claim with Royal Mail to go through- the claim is between themselves and Royal Mail not me but I gave them the benefit of the doubt
31/07 they claimed to off raised the investigation
11/08 I asked for an update
12/08 they replied saying the claim can take up to 30 days again
29/08 I messaged again after several back and forth for another update
01/09 they replied saying the investigation was opened on the 07/08 and that it would be settled by 06/09
9/09 I messaged again and they replied saying the claim will be settled by the 08/09 which had already passed - I was then told that it had been raised by the Royal Mail manager
Today is 19/09 and still nothing, legally a item has to be delivered within 30 days whatever the circumstance, I ordered nearly 60 days ago and the company is refusing to replace or refund
22/09 still being told I need to wait for the claim
The claim is to do with the retailer and the courier- nothing to do with me.
Having looked at the reviews you can see that they lack any sort of customer service

Poor delivery choice & no ownership from the seller
I cannot recommend this shop for two key reasons:
1. They use an unreliable delivery partner - UPS,
2. They shift all responsibility onto the customer when issues arise.
I was at home during the delivery window, but the parcel was not delivered – instead, it was dropped at a collection point 2.4 km away without any delivery attempt. UPS claims parcels are stored within 1.5 km – this was not the case.
I clearly stated multiple times that I do not have a car, and that the collection point is not reasonably accessible for me. This important information was ignored completely.
Only after repeated messages did the shop offer re-delivery – then later claimed I hadn’t responded, despite the fact that I had clearly replied and explicitly gave them one final chance to fix the situation. That is not only poor service, but also misleading.
This is not about "just walking to pick it up" – it's about the lack of ownership from the seller and their refusal to acknowledge a failed delivery. I, as the customer, did everything correctly and still ended up with no item and no acceptable resolution.
To this day, I have not received my order – and frankly, it would have been faster and easier to buy the same item elsewhere.
I won’t be buying here again.

Went into store to buy boxing gloves & boots. Was buying cleto Reyes which arnt cheap so asked if they had any on sale as I’d noticed the fb page has sales on some things. Was told no it’s very rare they have a sale on them. Bought some for £304. Had a little nose on website when I got home with a view to purchasing a few more things in the future & all the cleto Reyes gloves are on sale including the ones i bought. £30 cheaper online. So I would say check the website 1st if you’re thinking of buying from here as I’ve emailed the store & been told they don’t have sales on in store.

Wrong gi color
I ordered a Sanabul gi in white/white. Received a gi in white/blue, which I don't like.
I Will keep it because refunds are super expensive but I'm not satisfied with the service.
The thing is they get away with that because shipping it back is costly and time consuming, thus discouraging people to do it.

Easy to return and fast delivery
Bought a pair of gloves, didn't like the colour, easy returns on pre-printed label - cost was £3.99 which is ok. Bought another pair in another colour and they also came quickly. Good selection of equipment. Very happy!

Owner is a complete crook. Sold a faulty pair of weightlifting shoes.I have owned the same style shoe for the past 5 years and needed a new pair. Found one in this site for slightly cheaper than adidas direct and what a nightmare experience it was. Shoe laces defective after a weeks use to which the so called manager (absolute pillock and rude) advised this was not a fault? Really? Avoid at all costs and go straight to the retailer!!!!

Despite being eligible for free delivery (3-5 Days), I selected next day delivery as I was going away on Holiday that week. products arrived 3 days later then expected when I was on away Holiday and ending up being left with a neighbour.
Customer Service refused to offer full postage refund blaming postal strikes. If you can’t provide a service don’t offer it.

Bought a fairtex t shirt for mma training from this company through eBay. It ripped straight away and was clearly very very poor quality.
Contacted the seller and they insisted it’s my fault and that they won’t refund me.
This shirt was described as a training shirt and so it’s ridiculous that it’s torn so so easily. This wasn’t a hard session or anything out of the ordinary. I’ve had dozens of other shirts for training and never had a single problem with anything ripping or tearing.
Crap quality item, from quite honestly- a crap quality company with crap quality staff who don’t value their customers at all. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone for anything.
