Liked the site but tweaks are needed
Liked the site but tweaks are needed, having to enter every ad check the dates and then see the price was very long winded,
People want to enter dates and have responses they can see.
Fix that and the site for me would be 100%

Well booked a holiday through caravan4 hire my son fell seriously ill a week before we was supposed to be going he is still in hospital and I explained this to them I also have 2 other kids who was coming with us my 11year old has autism and I have a 13 year old girl and a 17 year old who was the one who was seriously ill that's why we could nit obviously go all the caravan4hire was bothered about was there policy they didn't even offer any sort of discreet payment due to the circumstances as they were exceptional and the stress that has added to our situation has been horrible £1065 the holiday costs and was not giving any back only the no damage bond of 100 pounds as obviously we didn't go due to my son still in hospital I will never book through this company again as I am extremely disappointed with our experience is to say an understatement

We’d like to clarify that at the time of booking, optional travel insurance was available to help protect against unforeseen events such as illness. We always recommend this to guests for peace of mind, especially when travelling with family.
It’s also important to note that Caravan4Hire acts as a platform connecting guests with individual caravan owners. The rental income goes directly to the owner, not to us as a company. As such, decisions regarding cancellations and refunds are at the discretion of the owner and subject to the terms agreed at the time of booking.
We’re sorry that in this instance a refund wasn’t possible beyond the damage bond, and we wish your son a full adn speedy recovery.

Bad company back-up
To go on holiday and find you're accomadation a complete dirty mess is very dissappointing, after complaining and for ulcaravans4hire to say "take it up with the owner" is a complete joke, they say they have no control over this and TRUST the owners to clean their own caravans and look after customers, won't be using ukcaravans4hire again, no mention of compensation either even although they get a commision from this. bad service, poor company, don't get involved.
