I have used your company a few times. I have always found to be efficient and the site is very easy to use especially the booking system.

New to this site and found it easy to navigate and book, variety of areas to chose from across the UK and once booked received clear and concise email of next steps would definitely use this site again.

I recently had a disappointing experience at Brynrodyn Caravan Park, Borth, where I booked a 3-night stay in South Wales. While the location was very good—close to the beach and scenic views—the park itself lacked a proper children’s play area, which was quite inconvenient for families.

We stayed in Caravan Number 18, which, unfortunately, was not managed by the park but by a private owner. The location was the only positive aspect, as the caravan itself was in very poor condition. It was old and rusty, with a strong dog smell throughout. The carpets were stained, the fridge was rusty with leftover food inside, and the smell around the fridge area was unbearable. Curtains were ripped and faded, and the caravan was cluttered with maintenance items, making it unsafe for children.

One of the already flimsy and rusty door handles came off during our stay. Despite informing the owner honestly, £35 was deducted from our deposit. Considering that most of the door handles were already broken, we felt this was unfair.

Overall, while the location and Borth beach (which was within walking distance) were excellent, the caravan itself was the worst I’ve ever experienced. I would not recommend this caravan for families seeking a comfortable and safe stay.

We had to cancel due to eye operation date offered clashed with holiday dates and although I had taken out cancellation insurance, lost 3/4 of payment.
Just wanted a break as husband is recovering from chemo and radiotherapy. Losing so much money has added to my stress.
