I had expected delivery to be slow as my order was being shipped from outside the UK, but quite the opposite, my shoes arrived within a week. One pair had to be returned as they did not quite fit and arranging a return was very easy (and free of charge). I will definitely buy from Sparco again.

SP-F9 shoes arrived in good time. I would recommend.

The first email that I received stated that my order had been received abd that I would get a tracking number within 48 hours. The tracking number was not sent and I received another email 4 days later saying "Your Sparco Fashion UK | Official Store order has been marked complete on our side." . I have no idea what that email is informing me , the order is complete then I should have received my order! I don't know. Bad communication.
I then send an email and receive a tracking number and then I receive my order.
A tracking number is important as I can then be at home to receive my product.

The order was receipted quickly with the phrase “the transaction has been marked complete on our side” but no mention of if it had been dispatched which I queried via email but got no response. The product arrived arrived approximately 9 days after order.

The product itself is great.

I send original pair back to be exchanged for next size up... excellent support and service.

Delivery time is too long & the trainers were poor quality. The fit was also bad. You can get much better trainers elsewhere for far less. :(

Another great quality product that is not the same as all the other off the shelf stuff, great combination of motorsport with fashion.

Ordered a pair of the Zandvoort trainers as I have always wanted some. I read that sizing is small so I went up a size and that worked out spot on. The first pair I received, one of the shoes was not made correctly inside so had to be sent back. Return was free and pretty painless. I now have the replacement pair and all ok. Will be good to get some driving done this summer.

Twice contacted Sparco for confirmation that correct size was in stock. No reply to either message. Order placed and received after 8 days. Tracking information had to be prompted from Sparco and Yodel failed to deliver on day indicated. Wasted a whole day waiting for delivery! Not impressed with service overall although product is very good.

SPARCO cancelled order as unable to send to Channel Islands. I have previously bought goods from company without problem.

Company were not prepared to assist with purchase.

The item took some time to arrive but the shoes I bought are amazing, however, it was suggested on the website to buy a size bigger because the shoes are smaller but I should not have done it. I need to return it now, let's see how smooth it will be. Very good first impression, however.

More contact on delay of delivery would have been good but otherwise shoes as expected

Website, Product selection - Was frustrated to be shown products in my size that we're displayed but then not available, despite using the selection process.

Delivery - We're spoiled I guess by Amazon delivery being within a couple of days so I was surprised to have to wait around 10 days.

Product - Sport shoes - very happy, fit well and good to use in the Caterham.

These are great shoes, very comfortable and especially if driving a car with a low seating position they make a world of difference to comfort. I’m 100% satisfied with the shoes.
Delivery was slower than usual from Sparco who were probably overwhelmed by the success of their offer.

Terrible never shopping with sparco fashion UK again. Customer service and delivery service is absolutely shocking!!. Placed my order on 10/3/19 with free delivery. Courier could not find my address on the 21/3/19. I had to take time off my work unpaid and travel 20 miles to collect my order from courier. Never again
