Man darf nicht Sparco Motorsport mit Sparco Fashion vergleichen auch wenn es die gleiche Marke ist. Sparco Fashion kann OK, kann aber auch Chinaschrott sein der einfach nur ein geiles Design hat. Verarbeitungsqualität ist je nach Schuh zwischen 2- und 4 als Schulnote. Die Sohle gibt bei vielen Schuhen schon nach paar Monaten auf, reisst, und ist abgelatscht. Kein täglicher Einsatz übrigens. Nie wieder.

The shoes I bought were too small (my bad) but no response from the company when I have requested I exchange for a larger size!

Watch out this is a scam site. Don’t waste your money. If I could give a minus score I would. Without doubt the worst company to grace the market. Sparco was a great company but they have allowed an inferior group into the playing field.
I blame myself for not checking the reviews because of Sparco’s past history.
Web page is down for maintenance for more than a week. No replies to emails
Wrong tracking numbers.
I will try to claim money back via bank.
Don’t deal with sparco ever again.

Great products and glad the webiste recommended going up a size for fit as they were correct. Delivery took ages but they are coming from Italy so understandable and the shoes were well worth the wait. Thanks

Ordered 3 weeks ago and still no shoes!
No response from emails.
When I ordered they took money twice as glitch in website but did refund within 2 days but still no shoes from order.
Have ordered in part and been very happy with all that I have received but looks like this will be my last ever,
Until reviews improve, I would avoid and buy elsewhere as I have no confidence now after readying how many people are disappointed.
Great product - bad customer service.

Bestellung und Lieferung waren Ok. Aber die Schuhe waren viel zu klein (italienische eben...) Retour war nicht so einfach. Eh das Geld wider auf meiner Mastercard war hat ziemlich lange gedauert.

Worse company I have ever ordered with. After 15 days still no delivery and no updates. Have been sent a tracking link which doesn’t work. Emailed them 3times for updates - nothing! Not sure how i will have my refund if they refund at all. Shame, as the company is giving bad name to the brand! Do not order from them

Ordered a pair last December. Paid, shoes delivered. Looked great but appealing quality falling apart, sole separating from shoe, letting weather in in no time at all. Reported to Spark Fashion Customer Service. Timely responses but they asked for photographs of the damage. Sent this in every possible format that requested, including a WeTransfer but they always claimed they could not open the images. Eventually gave up as clearly they're not interested.
Bitterly disappointed and would not recommend.

Miserable Rücknahmepolitik! Nach über 4 Wochen wurde mir die Erstattung verweigert weil die Schuhe einmal getragen und nicht im Originalkarton waren.

Shambles Customer service. No good received - no response to emails - no refund sent back to me. Very Very poor customer service.

In fact the worst service levels with regard to response and confirmation I have ever come across.

Scam company. Ordered shoes, paid for shoes no shoes delivered. Contacted customer service through email only as this is the only way to contact them. They only respond and give excuses why you haven’t received your product. They don’t give you a valid tracking number. They use two shipping companies to ship and the tracking number they give you doesn’t correspond to the shipping company tracking system. Scam Scam Scam stay away from this company. Facebook is partially responsible for providing this company a platform to sell on . Tried to report to Facebook and only able to report generic issues. Not able to tell Facebook the whole issue with this company.

Looks like this is a scam site unfortunately. Placed an order on 13/08 and was given a link to tracking page on DHL, however it says Yodel as the carrier. 24/08 and the tracking number still shows waiting to be collected from sender.

I've tried emailing the last 3 days for an update and received no response.

Would now just like a refund but can't get through to anyone.

Will be reported to the Bank as fraud and hopefully I'll get my money back that way.

DO NOT ORDER FROM SPARCO FASHION!!

Wish I'd have checked reviews before ordering, but unfortunately was mislead by the company name into thinking this site was associated with SPARCO.

Do not use this online company.
They have no interest in customer care.
After repeated emails giving them endless opportunities to resolve a situation with an unhappy future customer they just ignored me, and tried to give me a website lesson! I own an IT company lol

Apparently i was victim to a ghost website which seemed to be a scam. Customer service contacted me and informed me that the bankdetails where not the same compared to the real sparco.

An issue with the size of a shoe was resolved quickly and to my entire satisfaction - Thank you !

Wrong shoe size delivered. Return sent by FedEx, still waiting for a refund over 3 weeks later - no response from customer service email or phone number.

As with other users, because the company (claiming to be UK based) are based in Italy, there were significant difficulties with getting a sensible reply to emails and the fact that there would be a £9 return fee on ANY occasion that a return would have to be made. Very poor customer service to be honest.

Had to email Sparco they said 2-3 days but coming from Italy but came after 2 weeks great quality fits perfect would use again.

Ordered some trainers, package arrived when they said, although turned out to be completely the wrong ones, I ordered the sp-f6 in black/white and what turned up was brown boots, they have been quick to respond to my emails regarding this and have sent me returns label, however, fedex being fedex have taken 2 weeks to collect. I’m now worried I will be hit with a bill for customs or have to wait ages for my refund. I hope for sparco fashion uk (really not uk, based in Italy) refund my money immediately and I’m not hit with a bill for returning. I will be in touch with trading standards as you advertise on social media and online as a uk based company and with the .co.uk website, I’m pretty sure this is not legal.
