Very prompt, quick delivery. ....

Good quality shoes but the I needed a size 10 instead of a size 9. I feel the sizes are small as I've never been a size 10! . One for the charity bin

Although I cannot fault the quality of the items I have purchased (2 pr trainers and bloomington jacket) I am not happy with their policies. The jacket I purchased was a large and at a real bargain price £30. On opening and trying the jacket on it was really tight. I therefore asked for an exchange to the XL. I was then told that this is not possible because of their promotion policy and I can only have a refund. Even though I stated my disappointment I couldn't obtain an exchange. Shame as I really liked the product.

Shipping is too long still not arrived and no tracking details, despite it saying you'd get some, at least with tracking I'd know it was still crawling along to the UK. Ordered evening of Saturday 30th March and it's Friday 12th April now, even for economy shipping that is ridiculous.

Reference the reply below why should I have to request a tracking number? It should be sent automatically, that way at least I'd know what is going on. Oh and by the way assuming the order was processed on the Monday it's already 10 working days

Post script... Be sure you use PayPal it's the only way you'll get your money back. I'm very suspicious about this company TBH but maybe I was just unlucky

Very happy with the quality and price of the products. My only issue is the lack of communication regarding dispatch and delivery. Could be a lot clearer compared with most other companies.

To of bought the wrong size and already of sent the item back with the correct exchange information and labels to receive an email saying that Sparco will only refund me and not infact exchange as previously told I would be able to is absolutely poor. Where before purchase did it state any supposed policy that you can not exchange a sale item at all as I have searched and can find no such notice Not only that the item I bought has now come off promotion and now 3 times the value at 90 plus pounds and I would have to pay this to get the item I wanted as a present. Disgusted and disappointed in what I believe mistakenly to be a good brand to buy from.

Excellent shoes, arrived promptly !

I bought a jacket in the sale. The description convinced me to choose a small, as the model was 6ft 2 and I am not! He wore a medium.
Despite there being both a small and medium on offer in the sale I went for the small. I returned the item hoping to have it exchanged for the medium but this didn't happen, nor was it offered. I got a refund which is fair enough, just a little disappointed.

Sparco fashion would not exchange the item for a different size jacket because it was bought on a promotion so rather than exchanging thy lost the sale. Not good business.
The shoes were of poor quality with the internal sole being defective. Transfer with brand name were showing signs that they had been poorly applied and would soon disappear. In short very disappointing and impacts on the Sparco brand negatively

After ordering a jacket I sent an email to get a tracking number, the reply came 8 days later a day after the jacket arrived. The jacket has a big hole inside the pocket so have to send it back after 5 days of waiting for returns info after using online returns form I’m still awaiting reply. Terrible service!!

Fast delivery, well wrapped, but no confirmation email.

I ordered a jacket mail order and it was the wrong size. When I tried to exchange it they refused and only offered a refund and to reorder at an inflated price.

Terrible customer service. I won’t be buying from them again!
