Ordered a Pair of Trainers, Paid ! Advised of Delivery from Fed Ex by 6 PM Friday February 12th. No Delivery.
Message from Sparco say delays due to Custom Changes ! Why did Fed Ex give a Tracking number & an ETA ? Sparco do not return emails !
I should have looked at Trust Pilot before I ordered.
Disgrace of a Company, No phone number either !

No comunication at all no refund they don't care

Speedy delivery, unfortunately my £175 order had to be returned as the shoes are very narrow. I sent them back through their returns system which isn't the best.
It arrived at their depot in Germany - yes, Germany, and took over 2 weeks to refund after arriving there. I had to email a few times, they asked for the tracking details, I suspect they lost it. As if by magic they refunded straight away after leaving a negative review on their facebook page. As it took so long to refund, I had to pay my credit card bill as the refund was so slow.

Schuhe beim erstmaligen (!!) tragen eingerissen. Mehrfache Versuche einer Kontaktaufnahme blieben ohne Reaktion. Schade um den Namen Sparco, der ja eigentlich eine große Nummer im Motorsport ist. Von solch einer Marke erwarte ich mehr Qualität und Service. Setzen 6

Ich habe einige T-Shirts und eine Jacke online bestellt. Die Ware wurde recht schnell geliefert. Einige T-Shirts möchte ich zurück senden, da diese nicht passen, aber der Customer Care Service meldete sich erst nach mehreren Emails meinerseits und auch nach 3 Wochen habe ich noch keine Info ob ich einen Retourschein bekomme oder auf eigene Kosten zurücksenden soll. Bisher hatte ich große Sympathien für die Marke, aber allein durch dieses Erlebnis ist die Marke für mich erledigt. Ich bestelle einiges pro Jahr online und sende max. 2-3% wieder zurück. Aber so etwas habe ich bisher noch nicht erlebt. Ciao Sparco!

Die Ware ist in einem zerrissenem Karton gekommen.
Ich versuche seit paar Tage die Ware (1 paar Schuhe) zu retournieren. Ich habe mehrfach versucht über die Website eine Retoure zu starten. Es ist sehr sehr problematisch!
Bis jetzt habe ich keine Rückmeldung von sparco fashion erhalten und ich kenne die Rücksendungsadreese nicht !!!!

PS: Die Schuhe in Größe 40 passen nur auf die Kinderfüße.

Ordered one pair of shoes, too small, so returned. process and comms slow at that stage but ok. Ordered bigger ones, arrived, reasonable quality so far. So I don't think they are a total scam.
However I cannot get them to refund me the cost of the returned pair which they have now had for over a month, as proved by their own postage tracking.
No comms, no refund, awful. Starting Creditcard dispute to get my money back.

Ordered a size bigger as advised but they were way too small. No size bigger than a 12UK so asked for refund and return address - NOTHING! No sizing or material construction label on footwear/ box so suspicions aroused. Next step Paypal and trading standards - avoid..

Ordered and paid for delivery of a pair of shoes on the 8th July. It is now the 28th July and despite numerous contacts with Yodel no delivery and no idea where my parcel is. Sparco don't answer their emails and are totally unresponsive. I want a refund. Would not recommend this company, it is the worst on line service I have ever experienced.

The experience with Sparco UK is very very bad. The shoe from this brand is what I wanted to own, but now I will never suggest this company to anyone. It's been over a month now and the product has never reached me. The company (Yodel) they hired for their courier job is a shoddy one which lies on your face. Trust gone completely on this company. Never again will I be able to trust and buy anything from this company.

Eight days and still nothing. Yodel tracking says delivery has gone back to Sparco. Tried emails,facebook and company email. Not a thing. Cant blame everything on coronavirus! Badly run operation

Ordered a pair of shoes over a month ago. Still not arrived, looks like the courier has lost them.

Sent multiple emails to customer service.

I know deliveries can go wrong however they are not replying to my emails and have my money.

Anyone at Sparco reading this please contact me for a refund

Update 23.01 they refunded me after seeing this, no apology just a one line email

I ordered a watch, It arrived BUT it was the wrong one, the label in packaging was wrong, sent an email, a second one was dispatched and its same wrong watch that I first received. What a waste of time and money

Saw a really cool looking sparco watch with a big reduction on a limited time offer. I've seen exactly the offer repeated by then frequently since. As soon as arrived I noticed that it has incredibly thin, cheap glass. There is no way it would have been worth it's original price of £69. Looks great, but it's cheap Chinese nonsense.

Shaky on delivery to begin with but they contacted me before it became a problem. Got both orders next day. Trainers themselves are an excellent fit - UK size 11- and the watches are fine. Overall, quite happy and will more than likely be a return customer.

Bestellung, Zahlung und Lieferung war IO.

Reklamation allerdings überhaupt nicht.

Ohne Paypal hätte ich mein Geld wahrscheinlich heute noch nicht zurück. Über 4 Wochen nach Wahreneingang bei Sparco kein Kontakt, kein Geld, nichts !

Bin da auch kein Einzelfall.

Bestellung war technisch nicht möglich. Dann kamen später doch mehrere Bestellbestätigung.

Ein Teil der Ware wurde zurückgeschickt, aber die Gutschrift geht noch immer.

Schlimmer Kundenservice, nie wieder.

The shoes I bought were too small (my bad) but no response from the company when I have requested I exchange for a larger size!

Great product, delivery can be a little slow.
The picking process is poor I’ve ordered 3 items from you so far only 1 item has been correctly delivered one being the wrong colour and the second item being the incorrect size, still currently trying to find an email address to arrange for an exchange.
