Although they trade as Sparco uk they are based in Italy. Fine till you try to send anything back remember we left the EU. Currently fighting a bill of £127 for returning shoes to them. The prepaid label was not recognised by FedEx so they billed me, and have been chasing the payment every since now threatened me with legal action would not touch Sparco UK (really Milan Italy ) with a barge pole

Brilliant service and quality trainers delivered on time.

I ordered a pair of shoes two weeks ago and haven’t had so much as a confirmation email. I did get a text from FedEx about a delivery but that delivery is now three days late, and there is no tracking number.

I have attempted to contact Sparco Fashion and had no response via email. Tried WhatsApp and Facebook messenger and the messages aren’t even being delivered to their numbers.

I am 24hrs away from charging back the funds but I’d actually like the shoes. If FedEx have sent me details then it suggests that Sparco Fashion have actually dispatched them but no tracking details makes it impossible to locate my shipment, and as it stands I have paid a good amount of money and not had any goods.

If a satisfactory outcome is received I’ll look to upgrade this review ratings but their customer service is beyond terrible at this stage.

UPDATE - After seeing this review Sparco Fashion have been in touch and given a delivery number. Apparently I spelt my email address wrong which is not possible due to having used an autofill.

However, I have been furnished with a tracking number now and once they have arrived in good condition I will consider updating the stars once again.

Hopeless and to compound their hopelessness they use the worst courier company in the world, Fedex. Won't ever buy from them again. No comms and I had to push them forward by making a claim through Paypal. Then the useless couriers, Fedex, took ages not to deliver, sending the package from Italy to France to the UK to Germany to the UK and then didn't deliver when they said they would. A terrible experience so save yourself some heartache and give them a miss. Now claiming a refund through Paypal

Finger weg von dieser Firma !!! Keine Ware bekommen, keine Reaktion auf Mails, Geld muss über die Bank zurück geholt werden. NIE WIEDER SPARCO !!!!!!!!

Really disappointed in Sparco as I had heard good things. The shoes came up much bigger than usual. I asked to exchange them and was told they no longer did exchanges and the only option was to return them at my cost (£9). I printed the label and took a day off work. The courier didn’t turn up so I wasted that day of leave. Now trying to get it rebooked.

No shoes, £9 poorer and having lost 2 days leave, it feels more like dealing with a difficult eBay seller than a large company.

My Sparco shoes ordered in early December 2021 were grossly late and upon returning them, I have still not recieved my promised refund 30 days after their courier picked them up at my door.

Please be warned about this companies returns policy. They want to charge £9.95 for every item returned even if it is one order.
I would not have purchased anything if I had realised but their web site at the time said free returns, which has now been changed.

Cheap Chinese quality, worn out within a month with casual wear, not everyday use.

Terrible products, cheaply made. Charge you £9.90 to send their rubbish back. Avoid.

Misleading website ending with co.uk pretending to be in the UK.
I sent back shoes for refund, had to go through customs declarations which I am not used to fill forms like this, and still have not received refund.
I hope the site will be taken down, I will report it so that they won’t trick many more people. I searched whole page and it doesn’t say anywhere that they ship from abroad. They say they ship IN MAINLAND UK which is not true. They ship TO UK- from Italy. Do not buy from them.

Sparco SP-F11 Schuh am 09.05.2021 bestellt, Lieferung dauerte bis 22.05.2021, das kann man ja noch akzeptieren.

Die gelieferte Ware ist leider weder schön (Unterschiedliche Farbtöne) noch gut verarbeitet (unsauber verklebt, wellige Stellen an den Nähten, Materialfehler, etc). Klar, um € 69,- darf man kein High End Produkt erwarten, hier wird allerdings "Chinaware" geliefert, wahrscheinlich ein Grund warum mittlerweile der Shuh für € 29,- im Abverkauf ist. Aufgrund dessen wanderten die Schuhe ohne Anprobe gleich wieder in den Karton und gehen am Dienstag retour.

Sparcofashion kann leider qualitativ mit dem Original bei weitem nicht mithalten, schade eigentlich.

Prompt delivery, excellent product. Ordered shoes on Monday, delivered as promised on Friday. Fit as expected (ordered one size larger than normal). Check size guidelines for the shoe style you are ordering.

I really like my Sparco sim racing clothing and equipment so I was interested to try Sparco Fashion. Below is an honest review of my experience.

What I liked:

The website is professional looking, clean and simple to use and their email follow up about items left in my basket made me smile and offered a further discount so I decided to purchase.

They were very quick to follow up questions via Facebook Messenger with friendly customer support.

The shoes arrived in 5 days, in perfect condition and the correct size and are exactly what I wanted.

Fed Ex kept me up to date with regular accurate tracking information.

What I didn't like:

I think company's should be transparent about where they're based and where your items will ship from so that you can make an informed decision about your purchase.

When you discover a company with a .co.uk website is actually based in another country, its inevitable that alarm bells will start ringing, especially after Brexit.

I had genuine concerns regarding hidden costs on a previous online shopping experience so I aired this concern politely on the Sparco Fashion Instagram page.

They deleted my comment, along with those of someone else who had had a negative experience with Sparco Fashion. Thats not good practice in my opinion and doesn't give new customers any faith in the brand.

Overall though, I'm very happy with my purchase and would buy again.

Items arrived really quickly and at a great price. They were posted from Italy and all credit to Fedex for delivering them to me, as the address label ONLY had my name and post code on it and nothing else! Might explain why other customers never receive their orders!!!

Never got the shoes. The website is a joke. It says the have the size in stock but don't. They emailed me asking if I wanted to pick another pair. I must have gone through 4 or so pairs that showed in stock in the correct size but was told each one was out of stock.

After over a week of trying to sort and alternative pair, they refunded me. Refund came through quote quickly in all fairness. However as soon as I had been refunded, the original pair I wanted were again shown in stock in the correct size. An email to the company confirmed it was another error on the website.

Regardless of what they have for sale, I don't think I would buy from them again
