Great product, clear camera, great price

Excellent product- the camera quality even on the base model we purchased is better than that of our previous ring doorbell and love being able to store the videos without a subscription. The only issue was only certain brands of SD card are accepted by the doorbell, so advise looking at this before buying one. Customer service were fab when we raised this however.

Eufy sucks. Their customer service AI bots lead you around in circles with no solution. I even got an AI bot pretending to be a live person when I asked for a live representative to help me with several issues. In fact, I was given three different bots with three different names. What a fn joke. My camera is not even a year old and already there are problems with no customer service to help remedy the problem. Time to put this piece of cheap plastic in the city dump and go with a different company.

We are an older couple and needed our son to help set it up. The video footage is very clear and a wide range that can be a problem sometimes as it picks the school kids walking to and from school. We are very happy with it.

Love Eufy cameras. Have worked really well. Have the external one and doorbell. Makes us all feel safer and able to see what’s going on before going to the door 🎉

My bathroom scales arrived promptly, were easy to set up and are working well - now all I have to do is lose some weight...!!!
(I was also very pleased to see that EUFY and ANKER are linked in some way - my ANKER products have always been very reliable!)

Good quality build outdoor camera and video doorbell. Delivery was fast and the whole purchase process was easy.

Setting up the devices was very straight forward and the mobile phone app is easy to use/navigate.

All round, good system for security which you're in control of.

Excellent Doorbell camera,so easy to set up and lots of motion detection areas to apply,also a quick response if unable to answer the door.various settings for video and audio and the indoor chime notification.

Would recommend.

Best camera I’ve had and I’ve tried a few really like the solar charging it saves time and effort to keep taking it down to charge up . I will definitely buy again
