Please save yourself the grief and avoid CETTIRE
I really recommend that you avoid Cettire. I had never dealt with the company before and had not read the piles of damning reviews from people who had been scammed. I bought a blouse at a discounted price and checked out as a guest. I soon realised that I didn't get the usual confirmatory email with the corresponding order and tracking numbers. I was suspicious so read all the reviews and realised I needed to cancel my order because I ordered the wrong size and because the site sounded dodgy. The Cettire website states that you have 24 hours within which to cancel. My requests to cancel were ignored. I even had to hunt around on google to find an email address to write to. Despite sending them 3 emails there was no response. I couldn't register an account either, as they didn't send a link to my email. I then received the blouse that I had tried in vain to stop. It must have been sent out very quickly. The box contained no receipt or return address, nothing. I wrote 12 emails asking Cettire to send me their return address. No response. I was so annoyed with their attempt to scam me for £180 I contacted my credit card fraud dept who opened up a dispute. Within a day Cettire responded to them and refunded £140 but kept £40 back . Fortunately my credit card got the rest back for me. I did have to provide emails as evidence and it took about a month to resolve. This company should not be allowed to continue in business in my view so please avoid them

Cettire has been lauded as an e-commerce success story, however this company is nothing more than a bunch of scam artists.
The best way to give my feedback is by copy and pasting my conversation with customer service via email:
Me: “For urgent attention: I ordered size 00 but I've been sent 000. This item is nearly sold out and I don't want to lose out because of this mistake on your part”
CETTIRE:
“Upon review, we can confirm that the correct size was sent to you. The brand uses a sizing format where a 0 is displayed as 00 and a 2 as 02. This reflects the brand's standard practice and sizing label.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any further discount, as the item dispatched matches your order specifications.”
Me:
“This must be a joke. I already have a Khrisjoy jacket in another colour. I am very familiar with their sizing and when I placed the order I wanted a Khrisjoy 00. It isn’t really for you to decide that I actually wanted a 000. You must see how ridiculous that is.
It’s very simple: I ordered a 00. Your supplier sent the wrong size, 000. Therefore I should receive some type of compensation for this mistake.”
Of course this hit a massive dead end with customer service and I’m now tired of going round and round in circles with people who are trained to mislead and deceive.
I sincerely hope that investors and analysts of CETTIRE actually take the time to read feedback from customers as this company deserves to be shut down, let alone making millionaires out of its founders.

By far the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. I purchased a £300 pair of shoes from them, and when I returned them because they didn't fit, they rejected the return saying they were "used". The only place I used them was in my bedroom, to try them on!
If you're thinking of buying from these people don't, or you may get robbed like I did.
This company is very sneaky, AVOID.
This company is very sneaky with their ways. Reselling items and charging YOU to return them. Not only this, but you have to spend money printing out and organising everything to return. Their way or no way.
For a company who charges premium for everything, this is frankly comical. I will be disputing this but stay away from them. they'll screw you over one way or another.
0 customer service ? A scam
Where to begin? I ordered an iPhone 15 pro case on September 30th, on October 2nd an iPhone 15 pro MAX case was delivered. I immediately contacted their customer service dept., who said that I should take photo's of the item with labels and then download the returns label. I took the photo's which clearly state the item is indeed an iPhone 15 pro MAX and not the smaller case that I ordered. I was then informed that i would be charged £20.00 for the return. I did absolutely query this as the error was theirs and not mine. Anyway the case was collected the following day and receipt of it arriving back with Cettire was confirmed on October 5th. Since then I've had correspondence from the customer service team, Erica, Peggy, Tim, Christina, Wendy, & Alice (I use the term customer service with tongue in cheek, and nowhere in the UK in 2024 would you find any team with people having these names) all saying, they're so sorry for the inconvenience but 'the team' whomever they are haven't confirmed yet if i can have a refund....... What sort of company is this? I've now had to contact American Express to hopefully retrieve my money and sort out this shoddy shambles. I'd certainly give these guys a very wide berth.
Scammers
Do yourself a favour order your luxury goods from a reputable company like End.com or similar. Who's prices may be slightly higher but offer free returns and you know will be genuine.

Absolute scam artists.
You order items that come from a variety of suppliers at different delivery times (lead times unknown)
You pay £20 delivery £20 returns (even if the mistake is theirs) and they don't refund cash (which surely is illegal?)
I'm out of pocket and mad I didn't read these reviews first (I mistakenly read the non uk trust pilot!!)
Never again and neither should you.
Also you can get a feel for how much a company care by whether they have a valid counter argument to negative reviews.

Returned Manolo Blahnik heels as they didn’t fit. Tried one shoe on for less than 30 seconds - they were a sale item…nothing wrong with them, they just didn’t suit me and the size was wrong.
I returned them the next day.
They sent them back to me 3months later with scratches on refusing to refund me.

Extremely bad platform, I have purchased loafers ( wrong size) returned the same day I got it. They hold the return for 10 days and then send them back to me without any explanation why return was not accepted.

1. I believe that they offer fake products: i have ordered Gucci sneakers, size 38, but is came in a size 45 literally. See the photos attached. If the item the original then how can it be that they mixed 38 and 45? and the shoes are worth almost 1K eur....
2. Once they received the item back, they kept my money for more then a week, why? .... None of the online company does it.
And of course they deducted 25 eur out of the amout the owed me, although i believe it was their responsibility!!!

Purchased a Mulberry bag. Delivered in good time but clear fault in the leather on the front of the bag. If I had changed my mind I'd happily pay £20 postage to return but I've been sent faulty goods. I won't be purchasing from this site again. Not good enough.

Cettire find any excuse not to refund you
I really regret shopping with Cettire as I lost over £800. I returned an item that I didn't like, still with all the tags on, but they returned it to me saying it wasn't in the brand box. It didn't even come in a brand box! As with most of the reviews on this site, it’s so clear that once they have taken your money, they simply don’t care whether you are satisfied with their product or not. They just say the matter is closed. I do not think their customer service is fit for being a retailer of luxury brands. I will not be shopping with Cettire ever again, no matter how low the price, it is just not worth the hassle or cost when something goes wrong. Pay the extra and shop with Farfetch.
