If you value your peace of mind and your mental health DO NOT SHOP ON THIS WEBSITE. I am currently nursing a high BP simply because I ordered my wedding shoe worth of almost £500 on this website.
Despite the fact that I sent the email below since last week nothing has been done up till now.
“It has been 10 days since I placed my order on your website, and I have yet to receive any updates. As a first-time shopper, this has been a frustrating experience.

Incorrect product description
I ordered a Toteme signature coat for my Wife described as brown. When it arrived it was green in colour and the Toteme label said truffle, I returned the coat without even removing it from its inner bag it was that obvious. Once the return had been processed I was advised that there was a return fee of £20.00 due to the item being as described. Lengthy email exchanges ensued with me at pains to question their statement that "brown is the base colour of truffle" which of course it is not, they ignored this and just stopped replying to my emails until one day they said they had escalated the matter to am manager, a month later and prompted by me they simply repeated what had gone before without further investigation and unbelieveably after this unilateral decision advised they would simply not reply to any further correspondence. I am incensed they =get the description wrong which is a condition of sale and then takle money from you for their error. I will never buy from them again will tell everyone I know and many I dont. I was so livid that I wanted to issue proceedings but they dont have a trading UK business. I would avoid this company its ethics are all wrong stick to great retailers like Selfridges and Harvey Nichols who treat their customers fairly.

I actually ordered before reading reviews and not realising they don’t hold stock themselves, anyway several days passed before the order was confirmed as processed. Anyway once dispatched they were with me in the UK within 48rs from Italy, all in all delivered within the stated estimated timeframe! Product ordered was a pair of Moncler Sneakers, absolutely delighted with product. Packaged as expected by Moncler, both packaging and product in excellent condition. Good experience with Cettire

Ordered a bag for my wife for our anniversary THEN read the company reviews and panicked. I would have received the bag (from Italy to UK) in 4 days if FedEx hadn't been so useless. After reading the awful reviews about damaged and delayed products I actually filmed unpacking and inspecting the product, after collecting it from the FedEx depot, as evidence. The product was in perfect condition with all the original packaging and authenticity certificates. Can't fault the company so far, great price, fast delivery and good product (pending wife's approval!). Hopefully my experience wasn't just luck and they've sorted it out!

SCAM ALERT!!! Can't believe I was silly enough to order from here without checking these reviews first, every single one of them are shocking. I actually feel lucky in the sense that i did receive a refund of my product (MINUS £20) which i have an email from 6 weeks ago confirming i would receive and i have been chasing every since and getting palmed off with the most ridiculous excuses.
I ordered a canada goose jacket for over £900, this item came with a fault so i obviously was not willing to keep it, i took pictures and returned and emailed as i felt it was completely unfair to be having o pay £20 return when they sent me a faulty item in the first place! after reading many other reviews it seems a lot of people have received faulty items from them and had the refund refused! thats where i guess i am lucky
I feel this is actually a pre meditated scam, send you faulty items so you have no choice to return and then keeping the £20 return fee along with refusing some refunds.

I ordered a pair of Ganni boots. I couldn't even get them on, they were so small. I immediately packaged and returned them. While they got back to them in their ridiculously narrow return timeframe of 14 days, they denied my refund as they claim the boots were marked. They attached "proof" of this - 5 incredibly low-resolution photos that showed nothing. If the boots were marked, that is how they came as I couldn't even get them on in the first place. They are SCAMMERS, do not buy! I referred them to my bank's fraud department.

Surprisingly good
Ordered a bag online from here. Really good price, so was pleased I’d managed to get it. After ordering thought I’d check out some reviews, oh what a shock, they're nearly all bad, which made worry about my order. Anyway have come home from work, and lo and behold my order has been delivered. Really pleased with it, comes complete with the original dustbag, tags etc. all good. Only reason for not giving 5 stars, is the comms could be improved, no phone number and took a few days to answer email.

Shocking company won’t receive my return as it had to be sent back within 14 days this was a Xmas gift so I had to give the gift before Xmas in order to follow there awful returns policy .avoid they only want your money !!
Don't ever shop with Cettire
I've never experienced anything like it.
I ordered a dress. I tried it on and it was clearly far too big for me so I put it straight back in the box. I returned the dress (in perfect condition) and received confirmation on 16 December that the dress had been received (which was well within the return period) and that I would hear further in 7-10 days. I have been chasing ever since for a refund.
This morning (15 Jan), I received an email from Cettire alleging that the dress that I returned was damaged and that they are returning it to me. I absolutely disagree with this allegation as I returned the dress to Cettire in perfect condition. Cettire had the dress for 31 days.
I have initiated a dispute and chargeback claim with my credit card provider and have been advised not to accept the dress when it is delivered.

If I could give -1, I would. Ordered on 17/12/24, and after weeks of chasing, they emailed saying the item was out of stock but is clearly available at an inflated price in excess of £200 extra. Avoid. Avoid. avoid!!!

SCAM SCAM SCAM! unbelievable company, I wish I’d read all the reviews. I can’t believe that in this day and age it would be allowed for a company to have the return rules that they have. I ordered 4 items and I had to send 3 back. I knew they charge £20 for return, what I didn’t realise was that it’s £20 PER ITEM. Now I’m charged £60 for a return!! Since when is this acceptable and good service? Never again! I will stick with Net-A-Porter, Farfetch and all the other decent reputable businesses that have decent policy. Shame on you Cettire

Wish I’d of read these before I ordered. Currently still waiting for an order to be shipped that I made before Christmas. Not able to cancel the order because it’s being prepared for delivery (has been being prepared for about a week now) and even if I could cancel it would cost me £20 to do so.
Seems like a scam, luckily I paid with Klarna pay in full later so if I don’t receive the item I don’t pay.

I'm highly disappointed with cettire services this will be the second time, I'm facing this issue with this company in September 2024 i bought an item which was displayed as a red colour but eventually delivered colour pink. I tried to make a return but I was Charged £20 for the return so I have to keep it. 1st Dec 2024 order num 64582904 I bought an Attico brown bag which the size was displayed as small size bag and A very huge big bag was delivered. I made a return same day for courier to pick their bag, it was picked the next day. Since last year. I have emailed cettire through customer service but was told they haven't received my item that was picked up by dpd courier on the 6th of dec 2024 from me. Now i realise cettire company are forcing their items on customer 😐 be careful when buying from cettire site, because it looks they are scammer, They have scammed alot of people. With all this bad reviews hmmmm anyway I promised myself to get very penny and also advocate for people not to buy from cettire if they don't change there ways.

Fraud and Terrible, the most awful customer experience so not buy. I ordered the item and it never got delivered. Refused to issue refund after several attempts to email their customer support to cancel order and never replied. eventually I had to call my credit card and ask them to claw the money back.
When I cancelled order on the website they charged me £20 for cancellation even though this was not my fault and the item was never dispatched. I ordered the item 21 days ago.
Trust the reviews, don’t get scammed!
First order with CETTIRE, received a Moncler coat with a black mark on the arm. Informed them and got a return label.
Now, weeks later, I’m without my refund and all I get are generic replies saying they ‘need to check with their return department if it is an oversight’ - not my fault or problem, just an excuse to put off my refund.
Even worse, they’re asking for extra photos of the coat that’s in their possession!
I’ve now taken the matter to the small claims court which will end up costing them more than the cost of the item. Order 63108693
