Bad Supervisor from the Customer Care team

The Supervisor is extremely not understanding and not customers oriented.
Your website should at least state Free Shipping prominently with a certain amount purchased so that your customers can know.
Now I am very very disappointed as the item I bought was already S$331 and I could just add in a sock to my order for free shipping.
Kindly look into this as a goodwill gesture to waive the shipping cost for this item.
This is my 3rd order from your company, Cettire.

The thing is that I couldn't cancel this order and to reorder with additional item because it was already shipped.
The difference is only S$$20 to add to S$350.
And the shipping fee is S$35.Feel so CHEATED....
I want to attach the receipt as proof of my case.
And I have attention to the Manager of Cettire. Hope he / she will respond promptly with deep understanding from the customer point of view.

Stay far away from this website

Stay far away from this website, it´s an absolut scam...! They charge 25USD for every item you send back, so if you return 3 items, thats will be 75USD they will deduct of your refund, which you will have to have 6 months of patience for, if you want to recieve it. Also they don´t stay up to date with their item stock so you can risk the items you really wanted not being in the package when you finally recieve it. Which can take an awful long time! No customer service what so ever, just auto generated messages. Absolutely horrendous online shop! Stay far away! Also this shop is based in Australia, NOT the UK.

Damaged product, terrible service

Bought some Jimmy Choo shoes that arrived damaged. Tried to contact Cettire for a replacement shoe, customer service has been awful. Taking weeks to reply and have now just said I can return them for them to review & they will consider store credit despite me contacting them with photos the day that I received the shoes! No apology, no offer to repair or replace & we are now 2 months down the line.
Dreadful company! Avoid at all costs!!!!

Relatively positive experience even with customer services!

I ordered a very popular pair of designer sliders from the website. It was sold out the following day. When I did not receive a delivery notification email within 3 working days & I had to contact customer services, I became worried. Particularly given all the negative reviews on here. I, like others, received a generic email stating deliveries can take up to 6 working days to be dispatched. After 6 working days I still did not receive a notification. I emailed customer services again. I feared the worse. However to my surprise I received a response within 24 hours stating they would chase this up for me. Less than 48 hours later I received an email stating my item was dispatched & I received it a day or two later. It was in brand new, mint condition. So all in all, I had a relatively positive experience with them apart from the fact the dispatching of my item took longer than stated.

Zero stars. Steer clear of this company not unless you want to loose your money. I ordered an Isabel Marant bag that came looking old, yet it had a tag on. I returned it at my expense and they said a refund would issued in 7 days. 2 months later after multiple emails getting bot replies, they returned the bag to me, stating it had nail marks on the bag and the case was closed, they would not be responding to any more of my messages. This is a very shady company. Will take this further.

Terrible customer service! Appalling product quality!

I purchased a pair of Saint Laurent loafers from them, the tops of both shoes started to split from the sides after a mere 3 weeks. I emailed Cettire’s customer service straight away with photos showing the quality issue, I thought given this extremely short timeframe, they would at least offer some sort of aftercare service, but their response was ‘we are unable to assist, and consider the case closed and will no longer be responding to it’.

I really regret shopping with Cettire. As with most of the reviews on this site, it’s so clear that once they have taken your money, they simply don’t care whether or not you are satisfied with their product or service. Quite frankly, I do not think their customer service is fit for being a retailer of luxury brands. Most definitely, I will not be shopping with Cettire ever again, no matter the price, it is just not worth the hassle when something goes wrong.

Never have I ever experienced a return policy this bas

I purchased 4 different items but had to return two of them - I were supposed to get back 4.004.05 DKR but they refunded after 5 weeks!!! only 1.753 DKR. I mean SERIOUSLY?! This is extremely unprofessional and I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. It seems legit but is run by frads.

EXTREMELY SHADY BUSSINESS

This company operates an EXTREMELY SHADY BUSSINESS.
By making a purchase with cettire.com you agree that your rights under the consumer act will be HEAVILY violated.
They simply DON’T offer a refund no matter what. They will FORCE you to purchase from them and block your money in a voucher.
I’ve opened a claim in the small court in England and sueing their CEO, Dean individually.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, REGARDLESS OF THE PRICE!!!!!

Scammers…Avoid!

Received a faulty item 5weeks ago…it took 3.5weeks for them to refund 50% of the purchase price, with no explanation as to why. I have been chasing customer services since with the only response being ‘we have yet to receive an update regarding the outcome’?!

You are not a serious seller. You forced me to accept a product that I don't like and that doesn't fit me. You did not accept the return because the box is scratched. The box is not scratched and I returned it exactly as I received it. I sent you pictures and a video. It is about Order #3588429
31/03/2024. After you kept it for almost a month, you sent it back to me. I have sent you all the proofs, the DHL proof, pictures, video.

What a shithouse of a company

What a shithouse of a company, do not buy anything from these people unless you are 100% sure you want the product and it’s the correct size. You can return your item at a cost to you of £20 to yourself but best of luck receiving a refund. They might have some decent deals but I would avoid like the plague.

Greedy, Scammy, unprofesional

I expedited a package, it was received 10 days later even though I was charged for 2 day delivery. The expensive top is ugly, boxy and too big. I tried to returned, and I was told to contact costumer service. I did, it took them 2 days to respond just to direct me to their return policy. I emailed again and I was told that I was too late to return it because it had to be with them within 14 days, mind you it took them 10 just to get here. They ship DHL, we don't have the service here, it comes from a neighboring state. Many emails later, they asked me for pictures, of the unworn garment, all tags, packaging, code. I sent 6 they took 5 days to tell me that it was too late to return it... again... there is no way I could have send it back within the allotted time. They are a scam do not buy for them, it is not worthy.

WARNING!!!! - I would leave zero stars if I could!

I placed an order, eagerly awaiting my item, only to have it delivered to the wrong address by their courier. When I reached out to Cettire for assistance, hoping for some type of customer service, I was met with a dismissive response instructing me to deal with the courier directly. Fine, I thought, I'll give it a shot. But surprise, surprise, the courier couldn't recover the package.

Feeling like a ping-pong ball bounced between Cettire and the courier, I followed up with Cettire again, as the courier had advised. But what did I get? Silence. Absolute radio silence. It's infuriating to deal with a company that washes its hands of responsibility when it's clearly their mess to clean up.

Cettire's lack of accountability and abysmal customer service have left me not only without my purchase but also out of pocket! Save yourself the headache and steer clear of Cettire unless you're prepared to gamble with your money and sanity.

Cettire’s awful return policy…

I was bought a very expensive Barbour jacket as a present by my wife. I opened the present 28 days after it was purchased. The jacket was too big so I went on the Cettire UK website to find out about a return. The website informs you that there is a 14 day return policy. They have to receive it within 14 days. It does say they will use their discretion on anything after this period.
As it was a present and wasn’t given to me until after the 14 days return period I thought I may be able to get them to use some discretion. Emails were traded between me and the Cettire customer service people. I received one a week ago asking for photos of the jacket to show it was in pristine condition with tags, barcodes still attached. This I duly did sending them about 8 photos.
Today I received a message from a manager saying, they wouldn’t accept my return as it was outside the return period, and as it was very unlikely that it would be in DHL’s hands within 10 days of purchase, so because of that reason they hoped I would understand. What was the point of the emails over the past 2.5 weeks?!
Don’t buy from Cettire unless you are really sure that the size will fit, and if it doesn’t get it back sharpish!
And why say that they do use discretion when they clearly don’t!

Order returned for refund, 2 weeks later still no refund. Poor customer service, lack of communication. I chased this up to be told that they were 'yet to receive an update regarding the outcome of my return' - what does that even mean!?

I know the item has been received at their end as I have tracking.

They signed the email off with 'thank you for your understanding and patience' - I am neither understanding or patient when it takes over 2 weeks to even acknowledge my return. How long is is going to take to process my return once you have acknowledged it????? Another 5-7 days at least I imagine!! Avoid.

AVOID!!!

If I could give this company NO STARS I would, after buying a high price item from this company it was flawed so I tried to return it.It also stank of perfume from top to bottom.
After nearly 3 months of countless emails and pictures I had taken of the flaws, all I got back was generic emails.
They eventually sent my skirt back and said I wont be getting a refund because the tags had been removed.I absolutely DID NOT remove any tags, its a LIE.
SO BE WARNED it is something they can easily say to avoid giving you back your refund.
Avoid,avoid, avoid, don't let their cheap prices fool you!!!

Listen Listen Listen!!!!! When you see as many bad reviews about Cettire totally believe them. I unfortunately did not and have suffered the consequences! Someone else called them thieves, well that’s my description now as well.
I ordered two pair of Ferragamo shoes. Returned them just like they came in original red Farragamo boxes, unworn and all tags, in the box as per the exact instructions provided from Cettire. I put both pair in one cardboard box because I was only provided one label as it was one order for 2 different sizes $1296.78 Cettire sent wrong sizes!

Was picked up by DHL and received by Cettire and signed for by their employee, Erica Regis. with day and time stamp. They are saying they have only received one pair! Thieves! I have yet to get any refund and has been going on for a month or more. They have no telephone # number( another red flag) and my research shows they are located in Australia !?! They only communicate via emails and that is sparse and long periods of time in between my emails. I think lysts.com should take them off their lists and I plan to reach out to lyst next about my experience and what a terrible, bogus company they are. This is my first time to write a review ever but had no choice. DO NOT order from them. Listen!
