Cars are in great condition
Cars are in great condition. Pickups and returns are e easy and convenient. There are always some issues with Teslas, but that’s not UFOs fault. The only minor thing is the app which looks more like a wrapped web page and sometimes causes issues. However, customer support is top notch - always friendly and responsive.

Big fan of UFO Drive
Big fan of UFO Drive. I've been hiring from them for years, they've always been prompt and responsive, really trustworthy, and great support team. Would definitely recommend going for a Tesla if on a long drive, as the Tesla Supercharger infrastructure is a game changer, both in terms of time to charge and availability. Struggled a bit with the VW ID4, as the local chargers were just not reliable, but it's a nice car to drive if you're not going far. I must say, the support team were ELITE on the phone to me to help me get the VW charging at 2am... I didn't feel stranded at all.

Fantastic electric car rental
Fantastic electric car rental. I rented cars several times for long distance trips. It works very easy via the app and the support is always available in case of questions. The Teslas profit from the supercharger network and the optimised navigation, but they also offer a charging card to charge elsewhere. Much more customer friendly compared to the usual car rental companies!

Easy pickup during late hours
The booking is very efficient. The pickup and return are very easy and they are especially useful when they take place late evenings when physical rental places are closed.
The service was very good and one question that I posed through email was answered in just a couple of minutes.
The available cars are very good albeit somewhat pricey. I felt that the included mileage was just a bit limited.
Overall the rental was easy, efficient and of high quality.

Super convenient at reasonable price
Pickup was simple, just download the app on my phone and jumped in the car. Had an issue with pickup that was my fault and it was resolved in seconds thru the app chat. Great product at a reasonable transparent price.
